The manager and associates of this store are beyond reprehensible soulless. They do not care at all about animals, animal, safety, animal, health, animal, welfare, in the slightest. Especially Cynthia, the store manager is absolutely horrific. The store manager, Cynthia, seemed entirely indifferent and uncaring about a dog that was in distress. I explained to her that I came to get an E collar, and only had my phone minimal cash and my rewards points. I was approximately one dollar short from the price of the E collar. Here's why she gets absolutely zero stars. She had the ability to reduce the price by one dollar. But she refused to do so. Until I showed her that chewy sells the same product for five dollars cheaper. Obviously, she had the ability to change the price, as she did as soon as I showed her the chewy app with the lower price. She could have looked at the situation, realized there was a dog in distress, realized that the store was closing in 5 minutes and I had no other alternative, in that I couldn't run home and get back in time, and just reduced the price by one dollar. Common sense customer service, when you're in a position of authority, seems to be entirely lacking of her minuscule and myopic brain. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in their stores. Literally. I don't ask for a freebie or a pass on the amount due. it just seems to me that a reasonable person, in the same situation, empowered to make a discount which she obviously did, would see that I'm trying to help a dog that needs this item for its health and safety. Absolutely horrible I cannot describe how insufferable her attitude was I understand, your business that has rules, and you must collect every last pittance for the corporate bottom line. But she was empowered to make a discount, and instead of doing that, she decided to be belittle me, and basically make me feel like a f*cking degenerate. My advice, go to any other pet store. The store does not deserve our hard earned money. They do not live by their own corporate values. as stated on their corporate website, passion for pets, customer first, do what's right. They did not meet any of these core corporate values in the slightest. This store does not care about customers, nor does it care about pets nor doesn't care about doing what is right. If Petsmart corporate has a liaison, which reads these reviews, maybe talk to your store manager, Cynthia, and discussed the situation. I'm sure she will remember the transaction. There are 1000 different ways she could've handled this better, instead she chose the corporate bottom line over a pet over a customer and overdoing what's right. One last thing that I forgot to mention... Not only is this a dog that is in distress, and needs an E collar, but the dog, is my SERVICE ANIMAL!! , yes Register registered with the city as an assistance animal, trained, and prescribed / supported in writing by my doctor. I hate to say it, but not some fake service animal, but an actual service animal. Yes, I have a disability, and yes, the animal helps me with the disability. Yes she performs specific tasks related to my disability. But none of this is at all important to Petsmart. Petsmart, you get zero stars.

Pet Supply - I don't have a picture of inside the store yet so here is Kobie-Star my puppy that loves shopping here .

I had never been to Pet Supply before. I am a loyal and frequent customer to one in Lake Forest,…read morebut decided to wander in while we waited for a table at a nearby restaurant. Pet Supply, was easy to find, as they are next to Wood Ranch in the RSM plaza. The entrance felt a little cramped. There was enough space to get in and out, just a lot on display right as you walk in. I wish I had arrived sooner so I could really look around. By the time I got there, I think they were about to close. They didn't rush me out though, which was nice. Pet Supply, had a lot to offer. I was impressed with the amount of frozen raw food available. They had a ton of different bowls for both cats and dogs, even ones to help those who eat way too fast. Plenty of options for leashes, pet grooming supplies, lick mats, crates, beds, tons of food. The list goes on. Prices seemed to be about the same for some items while others were cheaper. I ended up buying a nail clipper for the kitties and some good ol' catnip for some funny cat entertainment. I would definitely come back here again. There was so much to choose from and prices were quite competitive. Shop small business, people.

When I picked up my dog, I immediately noticed a fresh wound on her neck underneath her collar -- a wound that was not mentioned to me at all. When I brought it up, two of staff acted confused and was told that the main girl who did the grooming informed me about it, which was not the case. Even when I received a call saying she was ready for pickup, I was told that her nail was chipped...but nothing about this wound. As a pet owner, transparency is the bare minimum. Accidents can happen, but hiding them or pretending they didn't occur is unacceptable. Instead of informing me so I could properly care for it. The lack of accountability, communication, and honesty is enough for me to not return. If they can't be upfront about something as important as an injury, I don't feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again. I hope they take responsibility and improve their practices, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

These aren't cheap orders - like $100-$150 worth of JustFoodForDogs frozen packs. Each time I've had to call Petco and figure out what happened. Management here definitely needs to change the process; the Petco in Redlands checks ID for order pick-ups to specifically avoid this headache.

But it was time for a change..Maple would come back shaking and clearly stressed. Researched a bunch of places and decided to try this place as I had heard good things from others. I booked with Petal and she is the sweetest! She is such a gem! Petal was super gentle and really paid attention to Maple, especially since it was her first time there. Maple usually hates getting her nails filed/shaved down and will fight it, but she did so well with her, which says a lot. Best part, Maple came out happy. Tail wagging, excited, not stressed at all. That alone made me feel so much better about switching. So happy we found Petal!

Today was our first visit taking our newly adopted cat Banana to this groomer. With cats, we knew…read morethere was a possibility of either our cat scratching or being aggressive, but when we picked up Banana we were told he was very calm and they were able to bathe him and trim his nails. The lady at the front desk told us, something along the lines of, oh by the way, the groomer in the back said that his nail looks weird in the back right. We were under the impression they left it alone. So we reply with concern and share that we'd monitor him for any active licking since there hasn't been any concern up until now. She told us that sometimes cat nails are super fragile and that there might have been something black underneath. We went home and took him out of his carrier to see his foot actively bleeding. We attempted to wrap his foot up but had no luck and just put a cone on him until he could receive professional care. This bleeding was not a previous issue and with how much blood came out of his paw, it does not look like he even has a nail there anymore. We understand accidents happen, but I think we would have preferred an honest and upfront conversation. Something like "we're so sorry, he moved when we clipped his nails" would have been much preferable over coming home and seeing our cat actively bleeding.

We scheduled an appointment in advance and the girl that checked us in was very courteous and friendly. But after two hours of our dog being there, we called to get an update and were told it was gonna be an additional 3+ hours before we could pick her up and we'd only taken her in for a basic grooming. We let them know that we didn't feel comfortable leaving her for an additional 3 hours and we would come pick her up. They called us back within 15 minutes saying she was already ready for pick up. Upon picking her up, she was desperate to get outside to use the restroom and it seems like they hadn't taken her out at all during her time there. The haircut was super choppy and we noticed some parts on her neck that were completely not cut at all. We also noticed there was a pretty substantial cut on her back. Not only are we not satisfied with the grooming based on our prior experiences, but in addition to that, our dog has a cut that we now have to take her to the vet for. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and very disappointed of the treatment of our dog. I also want to note that our groomer's name was Kayleen and I'm now reading previous reviews of her with similar experiences. Shame on her for mistreating these poor animals. I would have rather had my appointment cancelled if they were over booked vs now having to deal with a vet bill.
