It was time to bite the bullet and work with Santa to get our son, Stevie Ray, a new cat tree. He's been good this year, minus the few zoomies that have almost knocked me over. We love coming here for our OTC medical needs. After a Saturday morning hike, I noticed Emi's eyes were super inflamed and irritated. Since the vets office was closed, I called the store to ask if they had anything we can give her until Monday morning when the vet's office opened again. The girl on the phone was very nice. She told us to come in and she would help us pick something out. We applied the drops as directed on the bottle. Her eyes got better in 2 days so we didn't need to see the vet on Monday. Underrated, humbly named pet store in the Woodbury Town Center, Pet Supply is home to more than just goodies for your standard felines and canines! Being a rabbit owner is pretty tough luck since most of your options are either Pet Smart or online. But thanks to Pet Supply I now buy all of my goodies here! The staff are so sweet and helpful. They're always asking if you need anything (I never do since I'm always casually browsing) and the service is quick. They have a membership program so you can track your purchases but I do wish they had a loyalty program so that if you spend x amount of dollars you get something out of it. Just a thought! The prices of the items at the store are competitive to the commercial chains which makes it an easy decision when it comes to purchasing them as I would much rather support a local business. I finally stopped going to Petco & Petsmart. This place is the best! It's super clean, organized, and everyone that works here are super friendly! I purchased a raincoat for my goldendoodle, but when I got home it fit him a bit small. When I came back to return it they were super friendly and helped me exchange it to a bigger size. Girl at the front counter was very friendly and approachable, so I asked her about a few products for which she not only gave me her very honest opinion, but knew all about the products I asked about. Super impressive and very helpful. She made some recommendations for my specific needs and rang me up. In and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! I am a big fan of efficiency. The store front may look small but it isn't small inside. It's not quite a petco sized store but they are large and they definitely pack a punch with amazing products and items you can't find at a petco or pet smart. The two girls there are extremely lazy and were rolling their eyes at me, i'm there at the pet store with my pet to find reasonable food for her tummy issues she's been having . I like to support the smaller, local pet shops instead of the big chains, so I was really bummed out when the Pet Supply shop off Culver closed down. This location isn't that close but I came here looking for Grizzly supplements and was pretty happy to find that they carried exactly what I was looking for. I remember the staff at the Culver location being very friendly and super helpful and that is the case at this location as well. Drew helped me out a lot during my visit and I truly appreciated the time and help. This location is much bigger than the Culver one so it has a lot of inventory and a great selection. We have been pet parents now for over 13 years and have been happy to make the drive to Pet Supply in Woodbury Town Center since they closed the one in Heritage Plaza near Ralphs. Although their selection is not as substantial as other stores, they stock the right products and seem to care about the well being of pets. The customer service at this location needs improvement however. Today, we were in the store and there was poop on the floor near us. My husband was watching both of our yorkies making sure that the leashes were not getting tangled, so he had eyes on out two pups the entire time, when a store employee told a customer that she had stepped in poop. I instinctively apologized thinking perhaps my dog had pooped but when I turned to look at the poop on the floor it was a big, long, black, soft poop and definitely did not belong to either of our pets, and trust me, parents know how their precious ones poop. The employee was incredibly rude to the point of saying, "I haven't seen any other dogs in here for a while" after telling her it wasn't our pet's waste. So not only was she rude, she obviously is not aware of the pets in the store because there were 4 other dogs there or leaving when we got there. Additionally, she asked if we had a bag which we did but, really?!?! You're a pet store, if you are not going to be prepared if a pet pees or poops and think it's acceptable when your employees are rude to your customers you have a problem. It makes me so sad that every employee there was rude and dismissive and really makes me feel that I don't want to spend my money there anymore. read more

When they used to be on Culver, my partner and I discovered it and fell in love with the friendly staff and wonderful selection they had for dog food, treats, etc. Since they moved to their current location, we still frequent the shop but now for our cat haha. They still have a good selection for cat products and I love that they have a buyers program where after a certain amount of times buying a product, you receive one free. I can't remember if it applies towards kitty litter, but I know it definitely does for large bags of Solid Gold brand cat food...! As mentioned, the products we mostly come in for are for kitty kibble and litter... and most of the time they have it in stock. But if they don't? No worries! They'll take down what you need and order that shipment right away and contact you when it's in their shop so you can come purchase it.
