Everyone I reached out to, simply said "yes, just drop him off." I couldn't imagine just dropping my dog off that has had so much abusive before I rescued him. Amber did not do that! She understood my concerns, listened to me, walked me through how she would care for him, and most importantly - would uphold the boundaries and trainings he needs. She truly loves all babies as if her own. He had a great time with her that first time. It's now been 5 years and I will not leave him with anyone but Amber! Not only have I booked for boarding with Amber, but she has also done training with my boy too! As I mentioned, he's a rescue and had a lot of trauma before I took him in. Amber has done energy work with him, and trainings. This has helped us understand what happened to him with previous owners, how to heal those wounds, and customized trainings to help him move forward and rebuild that trust. Because of Amber, my boy has been able to work past resource guarding, living with multiple dogs, and more! My boy wouldn't have been as healthy and happy at 12 years old without Amber! When I wanted to surprise my wife with her dream doggie, Amber helped me find the newest member of our family. She took into considerations of our home, lifestyle, and other pets to find the perfect baby. We've had our newest guy for a year now and having this support has made the transition a breeze!! She has also helped with his training and he's made huge milestones! Amber as a person is to the most caring, thoughtful person ever. She truly cares about your baby and you. Right from the beginning Mariela was very fast in her correspondence and was very flexible when we had to switch our initial consultation time. When Mariela and Martha came for the consultation, our 2 dogs took an immediate liking to them, which surprised us because both dogs are rescue dogs and are usually really weary of strangers. By the end of our 30 minute consultation in which Mariela asked many questions about the behaviors and the patterns of the dogs, the 2 dogs were snuggling with Mariela and Martha. During my trip away, I got numerous updates from Martha about the dogs' well being and she also accommodated my request to open/close blinds and turn on/off lights as well as take out trash in order to make my house look occupied. When I came home, I saw daily reports that Martha had written out about her time with the dogs. The girls filled out the application and the eight-year-old started emailing "Harmony" the dog listed in the picture. Correspondence with this organization is top-notch. They responded right away and followed-up with a phone interview. They had rescued the pregnant mother who then had 13 puppies. When we visited the puppies, it turns out the one the girls chose was the same one in the original photo. It was pretty cool. They do things right here. The puppies were dewormed, chipped, and shots were initiated. They do require a donation which includes spay/neuter and training classes. Our new family member is now about 10 months old. Harmony is an amazing individual full of love and we all love her very much. I am appreciative for all this organization does and the positive impact it had on my kids. Two Thumbs Up! If I had more hands, those thumbs would be up, too!

Called again - heard them say call her back and nothing... offered to volunteer and nothing, offered to raise money for them and nothing So this dog that's in a shelter somewhere scared out of its mind begging for a home (the dog i wanted) Who knows what's gonna happen to that beautiful dog because of this group... this group, actively helps dogs NOT find homes and this qualified home is desperately seeking a dog - can I adopt the dog that desperately needs to be here.? my personal experience is.... No I Can't get a dog because I went through this group. I also offered to volunteer and foster a Dog... And Nothing... I asked what was going on and they said there's some kind of hierarchy anyways some dog somewhere will probably be put to sleep because this group is not interested enough in finding homes for dogs and I'm definitely a qualified home and qualified dog owner - the volunteers are nice, but don't seem to have any ability to do anything more than hang out with the dogs once a month in a parking lot, pretending to try to get them home... Based on the hierarchy (im not the only complaint about this) the application manager who just drops the ball or doesn't care - very very sad that some dog is gonna have to pay the price for that. - I'm posting this negative review in the hope that something changes for the sake of the dogs that depend on this group
