My son struggled to focus as he does not know how to dribble or do drills. When I signed him up I thought it was entry level basketball practice but the kids all have past experience. The coaches got frustrated with him and just stopped redirecting him or trying to work with him passing him along from coach to coach. They were late to give us our jersey when all the other kids had theirs on time. We stopped going to any of the sessions because I felt like it was demeaning his self esteem. When I reached out to voice my concerns I wasn't offered any resolution other than to bring him back to practice and make the best of it.

Montessori, elementary and middle school. Our PTO was so happy and excited and the parents were so pleased with their camp; that the school asked them to come back as a permanent staple to our school. This past month, their soccer enrichment program facilitated an inter private school friendly soccer game, which was so fun and exciting. Coach Ash and Sassan are so positive and fun and really seem invested in the kids they coach. Based in Irvine, but their camps go anywhere in OC and they are very reasonably priced. They also host a chess club, and plan and coordinate many extra curricular activities for their kids; like watching the LA Galaxy and autograph signing session with Jose Villareal. Especially Coach Sassan is the best coach for girls as he is very encouraging yet clear with instructions which is the best balance for a coach. They also have two tournaments per season and it gives enough of experience and competitive environment for girls to feel what the matches are like. Since I just moved to the neighborhood and The Club is within walking distance I frequent the gym…read morehere often if not daily. It is a small gym and the equipment is older (especially the weights and the weight machines) yet besides basic leg machines you can find here everything you need. Since it is a small space it can get crowded very fast especially when teenagers decide to hang out (not work out). From time to time you will have a macho guy with an attitude show up but overall it is a friendly place. The lap pool is nice if you can visit during fall and winter. Once the kids are out- just forget it. I cannot even imagine what the summer will be like. With that goes the bathrooms- water everywhere. I hope they will have the maintenance people visit more often during the busy times. The hot tub is nice as long as you don't have kids making out in there- again- the school months are the most enjoyable. The tennis courts are nice but tend to fill up fast so unless you sign up you are out of luck. I have yet to try the racquetball but am planning on it. As for the staff some are real friendly and nice some grumpy and bitter. All depends who is on the shift. Overall not a bad place to keep in shape.

Our experience from night one was nothing short of amazing. Coach Tommy was very welcoming and gave great feedback. Each week, there were plenty of drills to reinforce good habits along with team play. The group sizes were small, which made it great for personal feedback. If you are looking for a situation that involves weekly games more similar to club, this is not it (but I think SoCal Elite does offer something similar). If you are looking to sharpen volleyball skills and have fun, then look no further. This was just the situation my son needed to sharpen his skills and build his confidence to try out for both club and high school, and ultimately play club volleyball. Per their contract, I requested the cancellation in time and am willing to pay their outrageous cancellation fees that amount to over $45 per class. Leaving me with a total of $200 worth of cancellation fees for a handful of classes. Please see email on how the owner messaged me that she will not give me a refund because I was able to win a small amount of money back through a dispute ($255) from my credit card company for a package of classes that amounted in $45 worth of cancellation fees. BECAUSE OF THIS...($45 cancellation fees) They are REFUSING to refund me close $400 of money that is RIGHTFULLY mine . The credit card company won $255 for me from my original $855 clinic purchases. This leaves $400 owed to me. $855 original purchases -$255 (won by credit card dispute) -------------- $600 of my money held by this company -$200 (bogus cancellation fees) ---------------- $400 in refund (minus credits and cancellation fees) This volleyball company has stolen close to $200 ( from cancellation fees) from me and now that want to steal my refund!!!! So shady. After they stated they would either give me credit at their volleyball club (full amount no cancellation fees) or take $200 from my $600 refund for their outrageous fees. I HAVE AGREED TO PAY YOUR CANCELLATION FEES NOW GIVE ME MY REFUND...this is outrageous
