However, I was looking for a small bag of packing peanuts and the shop only offers one HUGE bag of packing peanut for $26. Then I asked about bubble wrappers in smaller size and unfortunately they only offer bubble wrappers in bulk sizes. They don't clearly label prices so customers will need to ask the staff for actual prices. [Conclusion]: Overall this is a nice packaging supply shop for anyone who does e-commerce as a side hustle (bulk packaging supply purchase), but this is not the best shop for anyone who has this one-and-done shipping package as they have no need to purchase bulk supplies - I ended up at my local Walmart store and got what I need for my shipment. Personally I like Box City better, but they don't have any locations in Orange County.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM -- DO NOT BOOK…read more This is not a "bad experience." This is 100% fraud, and I am filing a police report. Yelp assigned my project to a company calling itself "Atmosphere Movers." Their Yelp listing had a verified shield, professional photos of uniformed movers in blue shirts, branded Atmosphere trucks, and a claim of being licensed and insured. They linked to their website (amcmovers.com), which appeared legitimate at first glance. Everything was fake. Two movers arrived wearing neon yellow shirts labeled "Brothers Moving Company Inc." with completely different phone numbers printed on the shirts. They came in a plain rental truck with no company branding. The DOT number on the truck does not match the supposed business. They never provided any insurance info, DOT number, COI, or paperwork. They never asked me to sign a contract. They started dropping my belongings immediately -- I have video. When I questioned their paperwork, they became defensive. The dispatcher refused to provide their DOT or insurance, told me I "should have asked earlier," and tried to pressure me to let them continue because they "had another job." Then he demanded $270 for "wasting their time" even though they refused to verify their identity. While they were in my apartment, I checked their website: amcmovers.com is a parked domain and NOT a functioning company website. I also reverse-image-searched their Yelp photos and discovered they stole all images from the REAL Atmosphere Movers in Louisiana -- a completely different licensed company they are impersonating. This listing is a fraudulent operation using: * A fake business name * A fake website * Stolen photos * False claims of being licensed & insured * A rented truck * Unidentified workers wearing a different company's shirts They left all my belongings in the hallway and left the property when confronted.
