She then failed to contact us again for 3 weeks, only to respond that she was looking to hear back from the other realtor as to when we could do the home inspection and closing date. A COMPLETE LIAR AND FRAUD! She didn't even have the decency to call us back and tell us - she left us hanging for over a month during Christmas. We finally called the other realtor who said that they had ZERO contact with her - she had never even called them. FRAUDULENT REALTOR!!
