I don't usually go to laundromats since I have a washer and dryer at home, but I had a lot of…read morelaundry to get through, so I decided to try this spot and I'm honestly impressed. First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! This…read moreplace is not upkept. Perhaps once a week but not clean at all... Why I'm writing this review: THERES LITERAL CR@P on the counters... human feces all on the sink... Not to mention the water here has been shut off for over 3 weeks. I USE to come here twice a week. I'm no longer coming here. This is ridiculous. Let's see how long the human poop is left & not attended to.

Have you ever had the experience of anticipating to park in a handicap space only to find a car…read morewith no handicap placard parked in the handicap spot? A yellow corvette with no handicap placard was parked in the one handicap parking space right in front of a laundromat. It was New Year's Eve day, around 2:40PM, and I went to the Laundry Club to wash about 8 loads of clothes. I am 62 years old. I have a handicap placard. I have painful sciatica. Gout. It was a rainy day. With my hazard lights on, I parked behind the yellow corvette and went into FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop, announcing "There is a yellow corvette parked in the handicap space with no handicap placard. Does this car belong to anyone here?" There was no answer. I started to take pictures and called the Orange Police on its non-emergency line. During this time, a barber from FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop, came out to admit that the yellow corvette was his. He acknowledged that he didn't have a handicap placard, but he wasn't going to move his car. He stated that he was already parked and that I should find another parking space, that I should not make a big deal about it. He even said that he had $250 in his pocket, while taking cash out of his front pocket, and so it didn't matter if he got a ticket. He wasn't going to move his car. A man walking by came to his rescue, gaslighting me for parking in front of the yellow corvette. Now there were two younger men who tagged-teamed against me. I couldn't believe I was even arguing about being able to park in a handicap space when it was clear that the yellow corvette should not have taken the parking space in the first place. After a long hold--due to more important calls--I spoke to the police, providing context and a license plate number. I was told that dispatch was going to send a police car over. I feared for my safety, so I decided to leave, to go to another laundromat. I told the police that I was also afraid that my card might be keyed out of revenge for calling the police. I hope the police issued a citation with the $250 fine to the yellow corvette owner. I don't know. I didn't stay to make sure. Perhaps the two men gaslighted me to the police and were not issued a ticket. That would have been disappointing. Have other senior citizens or persons with disability ever experienced seeing a handicap space only to find a vehicle with no handicap placard was parked there? What did they do? And what should a senior citizen with a disability do in cases like this? Did I do the right thing? Should I just have shied away? Was calling the police the right thing to do? And did this offender actually get a $250 ticket from the police or did they all just laugh it off? Interestingly enough I had been a regular customer (not only at the laundromat) at FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop for years. My regular barber Sal and another barber Andrew are great guys, and I have been happy with their service. But as of 2026, I will no longer be a customer at that barber shop because of the owner of the yellow corvette, another barber there. I also won't return to the Laundry Club, next door to that barbershop because I am cautious about my safety and that of my car. What sense of entitlement. What arrogance. What disregard for a disabled senior citizen.

Washer broke and needed to get laundry done and a replacement unit would not arrive in time. Called…read morethis place up and the gentleman over the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. Since I had other errands to run, I opted for the wash and fold service. Price seemed reasonable at $2 a pound. They let you bring your own detergent, which is great as I have many allergies to scents in detergents (they do offer detergent as well for various prices at different amounts and offer a scentless option as well, I just felt better bringing my own detergent). They also offer hypoallergenic dryer sheets options. So I decided to give them a try. When entering, the place is clean. Not just clean, it's spotless. The workers don't sit behind the counter, they are on the floor, sweeping, wiping counters and machines down with disinfectant wipes, etc. And other than soap, there is no odor. They keep it CLEAN. There are some sitting areas, an area where laundry baskets on wheels are kept for use, and a dispenser to buy detergent. Machines all have tap menus to pay--if you have cash, you have to get a tap card at the front. No machines here use coins, everything is modernized. If you need help, staff is there to help you with anything you have questions about. I took my laundry pre-sorted in bags to the counter. The gentleman who answered the phone came over and took my information and then weighed my bags. Just shy of $68 for a little over 33 pounds of laundry. Said they would try to be done by end of day but Sundays are busy, so they give 24 hours (which is stated--laundry done within 24 hours, so if you come late or it's super busy, you may not have your things until next morning). I said it's fine, I can come late, morning, or whatever. They took my clothes and my detergent. I got a text saying I would be notified upon completion. Thanked the guy and left to get everything done I had to rush to do. Got a text message a little over 2 hours later that my clothes were already ready! Drove over to pick them up, was greeted by the same gentleman. Everything was folded very nicely and bagged up. They even saved my bags I used for the clothes and kept them alongside my detergent. Everything was labeled nicely and clearly. All I had to do was come in and pick up my clothes, using a laundry basket to wheel them out to my car. I was so impressed with their work that I returned the next day and had my towels washed because my replacement unit was delayed being delivered. I received the same excellent service. If you have an emergency and need your laundry done, either you have a broken unit or have errands to run but need it all done with no way to wait for it yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this place with their wash and fold service. Just note it gets super busy on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The sooner you arrive to drop off, the sooner it can be done. Rates are different for different types of clothes or bedding, so be aware ahead of time checking the signs or calling in advance to ask. I don't know rates if you stay and wash things yourself since I used the wash and fold services.

The whole process was SO incredibly easy. I loved that I could tap to pay, and I received text updates when my order was confirmed and again when it was ready for pickup. Everything felt really efficient and modern. When I picked up my laundry, everything was neatly folded and packed with care, and smelled so fresh. You can really tell they pay attention to the little details. The laundromat itself was also spotless, and the representative who helped me was very kind (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name!) I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area and need laundry done. Highly recommend!!
