I've been going here with my dad forever. We go once a month probably and never had an issue until today. A new girl was working, which I understand it's hard, but she wasn't trained right she was working alone and was having troubles checking people out in front of us. every time I'm there I have to ask them for a certain topping that is out sometimes or in the back every time I ask, they go in the back and bring it out for me. Was frustrated tonight because I asked the new girl and she just looked at me and my dad and said I'm new. I don't know. I explained to her the situation and what the topping looks like and she wouldn't even turn around to try and look. Just absolutely ignored me and looked at me like I was crazy. I have my experience in working in food so if you don't know then you usually look around and try to find out before shutting a customer down. Anyway. Love this Orange Leaf! It's right across my granddaughter's Junior high Hamilton and my granddaughter goes there after school with a few dollars to wait for her ride and enjoy a snack. She told me twice that an Abby that works there was so kind and had her feeling very comfortable while she waited. Also, we all go there and on Saturday September 7,2024 we enjoyed an outstanding evening there, and y'all had the best selection of flavors! I visited the Orange Leaf on Tuckerton Rd, across from the Board Walk in Cypress. Not only was the place very clean, the employees were very kind, creating a very nice ambiance. The frozen yogurt was unbelievably good, and the many toppings, topped it off. This is now one of my favorite places. read more

Not sure who the manager is here but this place is always filthy. Went today and it was cold and super slow. There were two employees, neither greeted us upon arrival or when we paid, just told us the cost. One of the girls was sitting right next to the register looking down at a laptop and never looked up once. Inside was filthy as usual. Dirty napkins on the floor, sticky floors, the snack area had gummy worms and toppings all over the floor. Keep in mind that it's a cold day and not sure how busy they could have been 3 hours after opening. Having your inside seating area where people are eating being that filthy is a disgrace. The one table we chose to sit at was sticky, like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Have some pride in your job, if one of these employees is a manager you should be ashamed of yourself. read more

The kids love this place! They have a good variety of flavors and toppings. If you've never been here, it's a self serve type of place. You can choose any flavor combination of yogurt and as much as you want. Then, you choose the toppings and again add as much as you want. You then pay by the weight. Super amazing experience with the manager Sam tonight. Not. (See Wayne's world for reference) Came in for a family treat and when we walked in we found out they were out of their paper bowls and in lieu of them had some cheap nasty anti-environment styrofoam bowls. Or some small drink cups. So I sarcastically said "what no waffle Bowls too?!" And Sam the "manager" shot back "well I didn't open this morning". Wtf it's 7:30 at night. How does the opener have any pull almost 13 hours later. You're lazy that's it. So after I got my not so delicious birthday cake, we went to pay. My youngest had already put he's on the scale and Sam said "well I didn't get yours" after she started eating. Wow. She has a colossal lack of tact or any people person skills. I honestly am perplexed how she can be so bitter in a place with so much sweet. Maybe she was having a bad day? *shrugs* but when I worked in retail sales we had a saying "leave the drama at the lease line". Orange Leaf popped my "boba popper" cherry. BOBA POPPERS! Looks like boba but it *POPS* in your mouth. I couldn't get over how awesome it was! Choose from lychee, mango and orange flavors! This location was fantastico. Friendly service. Clean and and there was plenty of seating available inside and outside to enjoy your yogurt with family.. friends.. etc.. What else, ohhh they make fresh waffles! I saw her pour the batter in the waffle maker and the super tasty smell took over the place. MMMm. They break it into little pieces so you can add it as a topping. It's really crispy! I loved it. Cool place, I'll be back. I just wish they had captain crunch as topping. There simply is nothing I can complain about here. I've passed this gem up for about 3 years now and was always just curious as to how or even what it was. The logo grabs your attention as you are passing by but not once have I just had time to visit. Because of a really surprising experience at a Marble Slab that I walked out of because of a weird unclean smell, I decided to pack up the kids and head to another ice cream shop. For some reason, the logo of this place popped in my head and I told the kids, "I know exactly where we should go." So its Sunday at about 3:30 PM and we pull up to Orange Leaf. There wasn't but about 2 cars parked on the side so I wondered if it was even in business. I peeked in the window and my first impression was...oh this is cool. We go inside and was impressed on the unique seating inside and whole design of it all. One of the workers asked if we needed any assistance and I said "I've never been here how does it work." She grabbed some sample cups and politely escorted us to all of the self serve machines on the wall. She was extremely polite, friendly and energetic. She seemed very happy and eager for us to sample anything we wanted. For me, I only wanted to sample one and that was the Orange. IT WAS PERFECT. The kids were excited to be able to mix up any of the flavors they wanted and top it off with any topping you could pretty much dream of. After which we all put our frozen yogurts on a scale for the final weigh in. I was very pleased with the pricing and felt it was an amazing deal with all the yogurts we mixed up. Let me also add that they have a waffle cone that you can fill up with as much as you want for less than 4 bucks. Excellent deal. We sat inside and enjoyed every lick of our yogurts. Not greeted when we walked in and if we hadn't been before we would have no idea what to do. The strawberry would not come out of the dispenser and of course I couldn't find anyone to help. We have been going to this location for several years. We had stopped because the cleanliness and the service had gone downhill. We have been twice over the last two weeks and WOW. What a difference. All of the machines are working and the place was immaculate. The gentleman who helped us was so nice and really supportive of my kids food allergy. I didn't sample all the flavors but the ones that I did were great: the chocolate was smooth and not too rich and the strawberry/confetti cake swirl was delightful. They had a great selection of toppings but the ones that stood out were the fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, raspberries), cut up candy bars (snickers, twix), waffle pieces, and the highly rumored mini boba poppers were the star of the show! They only had strawberry flavored boba when I went but they were so much fun! They're open lateish and have outdoor seating with some white lights to set the mood. We like that it's self-serve (although this requires the regular threat from the dad along the lines of "don't get too much"). RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Came in shortly after they reopened from COVID-19 for a Mother's Day treat. No staff to be found for the first 5 minutes. We all stood there waiting to try and figure out their new system. The owner emerges from the back and proceeds to yell at us because we didn't sanitize our hands at the door (which we did, but she was too busy hiding in the back to see that we already had). She then goes back to hide out in back without explaining anything about their new system. They only had 6 different flavors out, and 2 of the machines were out, so only 4 flavors really. We got to the topping section, and proceeded to just help ourselves. She again, emerges from back "DO NOT TOUCH THE TOPPINGS. ONLY THE STAFF CAN HAND OUT THE TOPPINGS!" But again, no one up there to explain the process. No signs giving instruction. How the heck were we supposed to know? They gave us all the toppings in plastic cups in order to not have to use scoops, which is understandable with the whole virus situation. We started opening the cups to pour our the toppings on the froyo. She yells at us again saying we need to leave the toppings in the containers and put it on scale. So now we're paying for the weight of multiple plastic containers. Honestly, we do not mind following the new restaurant protocols to try and limit the spread of Coronavirus, but you can't expect the customers to comply with new policies when there's nothing or no one up there to guide you through the new process. And I understand, being a holiday, it could've been a crazy day (even though there weren't any other customers in the shop), but now is not the time start start driving customers away during this economic crisis. My family loves going out for froyo, and this location is the closest to where we live. But heck, I do not mind driving .5 miles down the road to another location that offers the exact same product but with better service. They need to learn some dang manners, and fast. read more
