The yogurt is just as good as any froyo place, but I don't like the way they handle toppings. The toppings are behind a glass shield and the employee puts them on for you as you point them out. I prefer to add them myself because honestly, I go to froyo places for the toppings, not the yogurt. TLDR; "Give me a cup of chocolate chips and cookie dough with a dash of vanilla yogurt plz" does not work here, go elsewhere if you like the toppings more than the yogurt. read more

We Love Orange Leaf! This is a popular place that brings a lot of people joy. They have a ton of flavors and the frozen yogurt does NOT have a nasty yogurt taste and I am glad!! My family and I went to the location by the mall and they follow the follow the six feet apart distance instructions by the pandemic. This facility uses clear plastic to cover the yogurt and toppings properly for sanitation purposes. I highly recommend this restaurant for date night, and a family and snack place. Before the pandemic you could sit inside but I'm not sure about now. Also, this location is inside a plaza and has plenty of parking spaces. read more

Being so close to the mall, I think that this location is the busiest of all the local OLs. I was there last week, near closing time and was rushed to leave...rude. So sad how this place used to be clean and shined. Customer service was always available. When we were there the tables floor and toppings counter were nasty and dirty. There were children that came in after us that let their kids eat strait from the toppings bar with their hands - because no one was at the counter. There were no waffle cones to be had at 7 pm. And none being made. The tables and chairs had not been cleaned up! There were customers that walked in and could have walked out with their food because no one would come out of the back to ring them up. Again so sad that the place had gone downhill. There was a frozen yogurt place that I used to visit all of the time when I lived in Chicago, but in they year and a half I've been in Lexington, I hadn't visited one yet. Last night my cravings were too much so I swung by here with my husband! The place is bright and friendly with lots of seating options. If it had been warmer, we probably would have stayed out on the nice patio. (We tried and failed after five minutes.) There is a large number of rotating yogurt flavors and sample cups you can use to try them all. I love the idea of the dividers they had for the yogurt sitting out! My husband was disappointed that there weren't more tart flavors, particularly the tart Euro or plain yogurt that seems to be a staple at these places. This didn't bother me at all because I gravitate towards sweeter flavors (as evidenced by me ending up with salted caramel and birthday cake, yum!). The toppings bar has a great variety of options. I would like to have seen hot caramel or melted marshmallow sauces available; I had to settle for only hot fudge. The cashier was very friendly and told us about the rewards program where you get $1 in rewards for every $10 you spend. I'm so happy to finally have a frozen yogurt place in Lexington! It's the best frozen yogurt place in Lexington. It's the only (real) frozen yogurt place in Lexington. I have only been to this location. What I can say is that the yogurt is flavorful and the toppings are varied. What I can't say is that the price is generous. It is tasty, but at the end of the day, it is yogurt. This place must make a killing. Coach Cal makes more money off this place than he does off the university. I will still take my smiling wife. And appreciate it. So I went back to Lexington for a visit recently, and it seems frozen yogurt has taken the city by storm. This place is just downright amazing. Self-serve frozen yogurt with a topping bar. So many flavors and combinations to choose from...I could have wandered around for awhile figuring out what the hell I wanted. Finally I decided on the cake batter and brownie batter twist with rainbow sprinkles, and I was not disappointed. Stop by the cashier area to pick up a sample cup or two so you can try out a couple of flavors before you decide. What has happened to my neighborhood Orange Leaf? First, I love O.L. this location is in a very busy area near Fayette Mall,.tons of shopping, theatre, etc.. we always enjoy going, sitting outside and enjoying ourselves however, this place was filthy. I literally stuck not only to the floor inside but to the concrete outside. CLEAN!!! Pressure wash the concrete. The outdoor seating badly needs replaced, the indoor seating is torn, scuffed and just looks dirty. We will switch to the Palomar location and see if it's any better. Something is going on, new owners? Old owner doesn't care anymore? This is not typical in fact I was shocked and two others sitting on the patio outside said this place is dirty. read more

However, the staff was less than enthusiastic when I was there (late on a Sunday afternoon) and the MANAGER (overseeing a new hire) double charged my card after assuring me it hadn't been run twice!
