We were stuck without a working key fob at the Irvine Transportation Center. We called him and, when he was unable to remedy the problem via FaceTime, he did not hesitate to drop whatever he was doing at 8 PM on a Wednesday night and drive over to help us. He assessed the problem quickly and reprogrammed our two spare nonworking key fobs so we could be on our way. We were pleased at the reasonable rate he charged.
