I recently visited the store to buy some neat doll clothing and accessories for my niece's dolly for Christmas. The store has relocated to the inside of the Tradewinds Mercantile Exchange. Between this store and Grandma's lovely handmade gifts this little doll has a wardrobe as big and any girlie girl in our house. I purchased a bed and few outfits to include a GA Bulldogs cheerleader outfit equipped with pom-poms. I've also made purchases online while being stationed in Maryland. The shipping was really prompt even during the holidays. The owner answered all of my questions via email and phone and this business accepts PayPal which is a plus in my book as it gives online and phone buyers secure purchasing! Why would I try to pawn dental gold which is worthless, keep in mind the current bullion cost for 18 grams of gold at 14k is $1,380 I was willing to take $800-900 your loss honestly I will definitely be able to sell them to an actually REPUTABLE business. Poor customer service at its finest, literally asked them to test it for themselves and they refused. UPDATE the next place I went to (Stackers Bullion) gave me $920.85 I guess my jewelry wasn't fake after all. Glad though because they gave me more than these people even quoted me for before turning me around in person.

I left immediatley. Totally unproffessional personnel. Zero customer service. Staff dresses as if going on a night out. Not appropriate in a place of bussiness dealing with tools, lawn equipment and firearms.

Anytime I need to buy a gift for a child, this is definitely the place to come. They always tell me what the newest item that kids love and help me get the perfect gift. I also love the fact that they gift wrap. And it's always wrapped so pretty and colorful with all the ribbons! Sometimes the gifts are just too pretty to unwrap. I highly recommend this place. The selection of toys, comics, figurines, autographs is vast. Top Dog Comics selection beats out most comic book stores on the east coast. Vintage GIJOE, check. Newly released Transformers, check. Latest Young Avengers comic book, check. Autographed Josh Brolin (Thanos), check. Warhammer models, check. Japanese across toys, check. Vintage and current Star Wars toys, check I probably spent over an hour looking over their selection of comics, display packaging, autographs on the display case, and their large selection of toys. My inner nerdiness geeked out for the rest of the afternoon. Speaking with the staff, you get a sense of what is out on the market. I probably spent at least 15+ minutes talking to the staff on the variations of Iron Man armor toys before making a final decision on my purchase. In conclusion, this is my go-to comic book store, especially for a protective case. Highly recommend for people and families to walk around and see the vast inventory they have for sale and walk through memory lane.

A waste of time, every time. Absolute failure of a store…read more Let me say, I wanted to love this store, it looks like a million bucks, appears to have a big selection of products. Once you get inside, you're facing off against scalper-level pricing, confused employees, and an absolute unwillingness to perform any level of customer service. I'm tired of coming here for broken arcade games, jacked up sky-high prices, confused employees, and broken promises. This was truly the last straw, if this business has any sense of customer service, or integrity, I'd welcome them to reach out to me to make this right. Most of their selection is kept "in the back" where you can't obtain pricing without having them make a big production about the trouble they're going through. I called in asking if they had a specific product for sale, Riftbound (This is 11/5, Riftbound Released 10/31) I was informed they had product, and plenty of it at $6 per booster pack. I drove out to the store, excited, only to arrive at the store to be told that they were not allowed to sell any product until tomorrow, and I should come back. I told them I understand that the event is tomorrow, but I called in, spoke to someone, drove all the way down to the store, could we possibly come to an arrangement where I'd be allowed to buy a limited number of packs, or pay today for pickup tomorrow? The answer was no, and that if I wanted product, despite being told to come down, that they had it available, was that I would have to come back, pay for the pre-release event and then maybe they'd be able to sell me product. The last event I attended here was a catastrophe, nobody knew what was going on, it started late, the whole event was a haphazard mess. Let me go on further to state that I went to a pre-release event at their competitor, The Side Deck, and not only did that go over great, I was treated like a customer, a friend, even, I felt welcome, I was sold product (limited, but I understand that.) The pre-release was organized, friendly, and a great experience. Short of this business taking a chance to reach out to someone who used to be a very valuable customer, I can't do it anymore, I am tired of the hassles, the confusion, and being dragged out for nothing. I will be updating this review one week from today (11/12/25) to let people who see this know whether or not the store reached out to make this right - if they choose to do so, awesome, this will be updated, and I will accept that accidents happen to the best of us, and fences can be mended. The right thing to do would've been to offer to sell me a limited amount of product. (I understand if there is a release coming, product can't be sold in bulk, but selling a few boosters would've been the right answer.)

When I travel for work, I like to visit local game stores to see what they have (the FLGS in my…read moreneck of the woods has a very small selection). I was totally blown away by the amount of board games, war games, RPG's, and TCG's they had available. Not to mention a ton of accessories and expansions. Also, a wide selection of collectibles (my wife might not shop for board games, but she'd love the Jim Shore figurines). Everything was very reasonably priced as well. I wish I lived closer because the space for gaming was huge, and the staff was extremely polite and friendly as well. I'll definitely be back!
