I used the…read morestore's online Customized Gift Request form from Southern California to buy a birthday gift for the child of friends in the Augusta area (since the fires, a lot of stores around here have not been open), and Aubrey sent a list of toys within hours based on preferences that I selected. I made a couple of changes, confirmed the delivery address, paid online, and the order was delivered the next day! The convenience was exceeded by the toys themselves--the website is really comprehensive, with a broad selection of toys, games, and books for all ages that are fairly priced. The physical store reminds me of the neighborhood independent toy store where I grew up; kids are encouraged to explore and play, and my guess is that a lot of happy memories are made there. Supporting small and women-owned businesses is a goal of mine, and having such a positive experience with Orange Otter Toys will have me coming back to buy more online. Thanks, Aubrey!
