So I don't often have to buy display items, signage, or clothing hangers. But when I do, I like to find them all in one location. and I have to say, Orange Pico is pretty good at what they do. This is definitely a store where you can browse around without being harassed by people trying to sell you stuff. they have a great selection of display cases and all of the things you would need to outfit a retail location. Most everything has a price tag, and is displayed in such a way that you actually know what you're going to get. If I actually owned a retail store, I probably would make this a frequent stop. Customer service here could be a little bit better. As it was perfunctory, but definitely not stellar. They didn't have what I needed, but we're able to find an adequate substitution. Bottom line? Don't expect to be spoiled here, but if you are looking for a wise selection of display cases at other items like that, this is a decent place to pick them up. read more

I've had a love hate relationship with Pico Store long before they polluted the OC. Dealing with the LA location was much better. Always expensive, but they had most things in stock. Called 20 minutes before I got there to make sure they had what I needed and they confirmed that they had 3-4 cases in stock. Long story short, they did not. I received a damaged item of scratched acrylic. I have done business with them in the past, but their loyalty is only to themselves. The quality control really missed the mark on this one. Being their fault, I would think they would accommodate a return on a schedule that will work for me. One week. They would not budge. He said I should have inspected it at the store. That is ridiculous. The last thing you want to do is remove the protective film before installing the acrylic. I am the dissatisfied customer, but he actually took an argumentative tone with me. I was searching for a case or cabinet for my collectibles and came across Orange Pico. I actually didn't know this type of store even existed. I assume that they mainly sell stuff for retail stores, since their cases appear to be catered towards them. I didn't like the sizes (especially the depth) of the cases that were available in store, but the sales person was very helpful and advised they can make customizable cases (in different sizes and colors!) to accommodate my needs. The cost was very reasonable and affordable, way less then what I expected. They were very patient in helping me select a good size and color for my customized case. They seem very knowledgeable about what they are doing. My case came out really beautiful, just like the sketch they drew for me. I am very happy and will come here again. read more

A friend recommended this place to me and I decided to check it out over the weekend. They are located in Anaheim near the corner of Kraemer Blvd and La Palma. I was searching for some display cases and shelving for my collectables. I had been to similar shops before that sell the same stuff in LA, but the prices over there are ridiculously more expensive. This place has a plethora of store fixtures, from display cases to shelving and racks to hangers and etc... I checked out the selection of different sized display cases, and couldn't find the right one I was looking for. One of the sales people came to help, and I described to him what I was looking for. He told me that they can actually make customized cases per my request. I was very delighted by this, because he actually took the time to create a draft of what I wanted. He helped me figure out the correct dimensions, and I was even able to specify what color I wanted. I placed a special order and the turnaround time was very fast. My order was done within the same week in which I ordered it. The guys over there are very nice and helpful. They paid attention to detail, and got exactly what I wanted. They helped me load everything into my truck and even offered assistance with installing the cases. I was very pleased with them and will be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone, The value and quality of the merchandise is awesome. My overall rating is 5 out of 5. You can't get this great of a deal anywhere else! They can actually make customized cases in all sorts of size and colors to accommodate your needs. Most importantly, it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to get what you want. In comparison to the other shops I've been to in LA, this by far is the best deal around! You can't get anything cheaper anywhere else around. For a quick fix at your store they have some of the things you will need. The quality is questionable. The service leaves much to be desired. They didn't not have 1 of 5 items I need and they would not point me in the right direction to find that one item anywhere else. (Item: No Bills over $20 accepted) I was told no we don't have, no one makes it, I've never seen one of those. The internet sure seems to think differently. I would rather drive out to LA to actually be serviced by owners who act like they care to have your business. The owners hardly acknowledge customers when they walk in and sales associates are lack luster at best. I showed the associate exactly what I was looking for on two different items; when I brought the items home they were NOT the ones I had asked for. SO had to be returned with a restocking fee on an error that was theirs. Not to mention they're overpriced. I went to buy some hangers at this place and i got a good deal but they service was so freaken cold... they guy the helped was a bit rude like if he didnt need my business...... i asked him to let me touch one of the hangers he had there and when i grabbed it it was all dusty so my hands got all dirty and i asked him for a napkin or something to clean my hands and he replied very rude to go to the restroom and wash my hands..... it did pissed me off i was about to walk out because he was just rude.. i dont remember his name so i could put it here...but i really needed those hangers and they were very close to where i was..... if you want to buy something just shop around and leave this place at your last source.. read more

Drove from San Juan Capistrano to Anaheim and purchased a simple glass display paid and went to the pick up area. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to show up and another 20 min for my order to be filled and I was the only customer. When I got home I was sold 2 brackets I did not need, shorted a bracket, given a random bracket that was not for my case and given several used stripped brackets preventing me from putting the display together. I drove back the next day to get the missing bracket and replacements for the used stripped ones I was told that there were no brackets in the entire store hard to believe and I would have to come back again but did get the missing one. They did not seem to care about my inconvenience no apology or concern for my wasted time. I wouldn't have felt the need for obscenities if I'd hadn't been treated obscenely - REPEATEDLY. *** ******************************************************* Every time I go here, I swear it'll be the last time. Customer service always SUCKS. They always act like they're doing you a huge favor by helping you. And god forbid you ask them to check on something (like, a different size or color of a product on the sales floor) because they'll roll their eyes & sigh heavily as if you're the biggest pain in the a** EVER. And then, when you buy something, you have to pay inside... then take your receipt back outside & go around to the back of the building... ring the bell... wait 10 Freaking minutes for the SAME FREAKING GUY WHO HELPED YOU INSIDE... and then wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for him to GO FIND THE DARN THING HE FREAKING KNOWS YOU BOUGHT because he freaking rang you up 20 minutes ago. I have a small antique collectible space in Orange,CA It has taken me awhile for me to find a place that was not on line to buy some small display cabinets. I did purchase 3 the young man was helpful enough not overbearing which I like, but was there when we needed him. paid him pulled up to the Pickup door which is a stones throw away from the front door. The stock is amazing with some items having sale prices. We look forward to going back in the future. This place was recommended to me by a gentleman who is on the TV show Storage Wars, it was a great tip. read more

i didn't have a good service today, was an upset half hour or so, i wouldn't treat my customers the way i have been treated. just need help to get parts for my men's wear store .but glen woo kept raised his voice and talked like i was stupid didn't understand him, or didn't even knew what he talkking about. i bet nobody came to his store prepared like we didn't, we had measurement , and how many we need, and only one thing we need help with was what will connect to the 1" posts we had for our racks. but seem so diffifult for him to explain to us or show us one website the gondolas shelves i asked 2 times, but i guessed he didn't want to hear customers, or didn't like me. thanks so much, what a bad day to shop for my store, i hope i will never do that to my customers read more
