The ladies working in this store are amazing. I slipped and fell in the mall outside their store and the ladies helped me get cleaned up and bandaged. Service at Brighton at Brea Mall was terrible. I felt like I was a bother to the sales lady who treated me like I was "beneath the quality of Brighton". Kinda like a "Pretty Woman" experience where I was treated like I didn't belong there. The service lady was helping another service lady put up some displays and that seemed more important than servicing me and my purchases. They are snobbish and aren't interested in their customer's needs. I was ready to purchase a whole slew of stuff, but only left with two because that's all she bothered to show me. Whenever I asked to see something else, she would sigh like "really?" and then walk me unwillingly to an area and then not engage with me at all. It was horrible. I would NOT recommend this location at all. I gave 2 stars for BRIGHTON cuz I love Brighton, but the Brea sales ladies get zero. read more

Brighton has got to be my favorite store for high quality fashion Jewelry. I am all about silver and love the sort of black tarnished accents carved into each of their pieces. I own many Brighton products ranging from anklets to earrings to bracelets. I also love their purses and handbags (I have a few). The staff at the Brea store is incredibly friendly and has always provided me with personal service especially when shopping for charms which I give friends as gifts on special occasions. I was looking for a charm bracelet, looking at several stores and Brighton easily stood out miles beyond the rest. Every other store didn't seem interested in selling anything nor did they have good selections. Brighton on the other hand provided amazing service from start to finish and had a large and excellent collection of bracelets and charms. I want to give a shout out to Scarlet for providing the best service one can ask for. She definitely deserves a raise! She was extremely friendly, listened to what I was looking for, and took the time to give a clear and detailed explanation of what they offered as well as providing demos. Horrible experience in the Brea Brighton store. Well over a month ago, I sent my Brighton black snakeskin purse in to have the lining cleaned and repaired as it had torn. I was told that there would be a $75.00 charge!? When I questioned why so much to sew a small tear in the lining, I was told that part of the charge was for cleaning the lining. I thought Brighton offered free cleaning? Nope, only for the outside not the lining. Ok. Seemed steep, but my purse still looked brand new so I ok'd the charge. Today when I went to Brea to pick up my purse, (shiny snakeskin), it had a different ugly flat black pebble strap on it? Why? Nothing had been wrong with the matching strap. Furthermore the lining was more filthy than when I sent it in, and had a large stiff stain of ? on it. I told the sales person who wanted to argue that the strap had always been that way, claimed that the company did the best the could with the lining, then changed to we don't clean the lining! I think they replaced my purse with another used purse...my lining didn't have that stain on it and wasn't that dirty. AND, it certainly did not have a mismatched thick flat pebble- skinned strap on it! It was so ugly and used to be so beautiful. She would not stop talking over me and arguing and finally said she'd send it back to headquarters and I could just deal with them. No apology, just argument, excuses, and denial. I wasn't even given a number to call headquarters! Brighton purses are expensive, and when the say they will clean them for life, they are lying. Worst of all, they destroyed my favorite purse. I am beyond disgusted that they tried to pass the hunk of junk off as my purse. I imagine they have no intention of getting hold of me to make it right. That is absolutely the last time my family and friends will shop Brighton ever! read more

I bought them over the phone and emailed the photos for the lockets They were ready the next day! Aida, the store manager was extremely helpful, kind and professional! I just spent 12 minutes in the store and was completely ignored. It is currently 3:20 PM on Wednesday, November 20. I would highly suggest to management to see who was working that day. I actually came into the store because I wanted to purchase a few items and I had a birthday certificate because I am a VIP member. One sales woman was with two ladies, and rather than just look my way or nod or say hello, she ignored me. At one point the only words spoken to me were by her, when she pushed herself in front of me and said "excuse me I need to get something". The other three sales girls have been behind the counter talking since I arrived, and one was intermittently on the phone. I walked through the entire store and literally looked at everything from the handbags to the wallets, to the airings, to the new arrivals, and even made my way to the sunglasses which is right next to the register. Am I invisible? Apparently so. This is the absolute last time I will ever walk into the store again. Thank God there are other Brighton locations where I can spend my money. read more

Visited this location today to exchange a purse with my girlfriend . As always here they greet you and show you there I decided attention offering water and helping with every aspect of your visit . She had to return a purse that had lost a jewel off of it and was sending it back to be repaired . Horrible Quality. I've worn Brighton for at least 10 years. Got some clear glass necklace pieces that turned yellow!! After 2 years. Went into the store to see if they would clean or replace the piece, I was told they do not clean or replace. Silver is all tarnished, I cannot wear any of my jewelry. LOOKS HORRIBLE!! read more

I bought this set awhile ago. I love the purses and wallet collections because it is really thought out. What brought me into the store was this cathedral design. The associate told me each collection was designed individually and that it is lifetime warranty: I can get my purse cleaned and restored anytime. Anything ar Brighten is nevercto old. So I made them dobit, and they repaired them. I looked at a wallet $165.00 & the Dans point watch $125.00. I said Il buy them when repairs came back. They were so Rude to me I walked out. Went to Brea Mall location gor the wallet & watch. I went to Chino hills store to get some charms with grandchildrens initials. 2 gals walked right pass me not saying a word to ne. 1 girl opened tge charm drawer, I asked is this all you gave, she snapped at me saying No and slamed the drawee on my hand. Not 1 of the sales gals asked if I was ok. They totally ignored my pain in my hand. They need to look into how they treat clients!!! Now my entire family has changed to the Brea Brighten location. Not being helped or evened asked if I needed help is unacceptable, especially when 3 sales associates were standing behind the counter chatting, and only chatting. I was with one of my friends who was looking to purchase a substantial amount of merchandise but after being glared at for 15 minutes, decided to only buy a pen. I've been going to the store for years and my husband just bought a purse there a few weeks ago but I must say today was the worst customer service ever. I visited the Brea Mall location today and I am blown away by the customer service I recieved from a manager named Aida. I have been back and fourth with looking at items from Pandora and Brighton- this store has me hooked! The customer service is excellent compared to others. I was so comfortable and Aida was so attentive and helpful when trying to help put a bracelet together for me. I absolutely love that this store has badge holder necklaces.
