This was one of the worst vehicle purchase experiences I've ever had. The truck I bought had constant and serious mechanical problems, starting almost immediately after the sale. Issue after issue came up, making the truck unreliable, unsafe, and extremely costly to deal with. What's truly unacceptable is the complete lack of responsibility and transparency from the seller once the problems appeared. There was no real effort to resolve anything--just excuses, delays, and silence--leaving me to absorb all the consequences. Selling a truck in this condition shows poor ethics and no regard for customers. A vehicle should not fall apart shortly after purchase, and buyers should not be left alone to deal with endless repairs. I strongly do NOT recommend this business. Save yourself time, money, and stress--look elsewhere and have any vehicle inspected independently before even considering a purchase here. read more

Be really careful if you want to by a truck from this guys. After you paid and left their parking, they not going to responsible for any problems truck have. After I left the parking, check engine is show up. The mechanic said that they did reset this error by computer, (that meaning, they hid it from customer) it is fraud! read more

Their mechanics should be re-evaluated. This company should be reported immediately!!! Pictures shows what quality of work they're doing there. A major Safety hazard for us all. Axle have been welded together unprofessionally and Bearings have been welded onto the hub. I'm sure we will find more issue. Stay away buyers! Don't buy from this place!! Paid cash in full for a truck immediately. Delivery was supposed to be scheduled and never was. The truck was sold as a 26k lbs truck and when we received it was 33k CDL truck. The truck was supposed to be inspected and Road ready upon delivery, a headlight was missing and had a flat tire. The truck was supposed to be detailed it was filthy. The truck arrived with no tags. The truck was completely empty of fuel. Took over two months to get the title after going back and forth with the poor management. Whatever you do go elsewhere. Their goal is to sell a truck with no service and ignore you after that. read more

This dealership doesn't deserve 1 star. First I want to say that they can't be trusted. I went on the internet, I found this place and looked into a truck that was posted online. Francisco was so nice at the start of the process, I expressed to him right away my concerns with purchasing truck from 2,000 miles away, didn't want any major issues especially after paying almost $50,000 & he was reassuring that the trucks that they get are completely checked, etc. He even stated in which I have in writing that I had no worries, cause there was a 90 day warranty on all of their trucks. I was coming with $30,000 cash & the truck was posted for 49900, I asked for a deal on the price, after asking his mgr Francisco he came back with a $1400 discount, then I asked for more of a discount, then he stated that if his mgr gave more of a discount, he would take away the 90 day warranty so I accepted the $1400 discount which turned into less than $1000 after they took back over $400 for fees. Once my sons arrived from 2,000 miles away via flight to pick the truck up, they got on video chat so that I could see how the truck look and try to rectify any issues, so our efforts to purchase wouldn't be in vain from 2,000 miles away. First, I noticed that the trailer was dirty, had leaves all in the borders of the walls, then I noticed that there wasn't a cap on the reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid, the fluid was less than half way full and the wipers were bad. Look at the pictures you can see the cap missing & how much fluid is in the container. The tires that was on the truck on the website was not the same tires on the truck when they arrived. The front 2 tires were bald 2 of the rear inner tires was damaged. I told them to ask Francisco for a cap for the reservoir & he found 1. He didn't even make an effort to go& get some $2 wiper fluid and fill it. Now seeing that little cutting corners stuff made me nervous about what else I would find, so I started going through the entire truck. When I asked about the condition of the tires he said, that they don't change tires, but what happened to one's posted online that you can clearly see had tread on them. Once I started questioning the issues that I began to find, Francisco left them outside, went inside the building and didn't come back out until I called him about the no fuel in the truck. He then took the truck to a fuel station&put just little fuel in it instead of showing good salesmanship and filling it up. That picture is posted as well. The air filter was filthy so that let me know right away that they had not changed the oil. Now I'm really hot, because I had already financed the remaining of the truck price &the contract was complete all I had to do was give the other $28,000 which as the balance. I didn't want to have to make my sons stay in Florida until I figured it out, so I just suggested to them to just pay the dude and leave. I told them to find the nearest tire place to replace the 2 front tires so that they could get back home safely and to go down the street and pickup so wipers, because they would be traveling through storms heading home. Well I wish that I could say that it was that easy when they arrived to a loves to purchase the 2 front tires that was $1600 with tax, then the people discovered that not only was they being slick by changing the 2 front tires I guess because I asked for the discount they got their money back from the tires. Now I go from $1600- $3600 not even 2 hours after purchasing this $50,000 truck. I immediately got it checked by a mechanic, had all filters changed, oil change & they discovered that the alternator was going bad, so now that's another bill. The oil change with everything checked etc was $800 & the alternator repairs was $750. My repair bills after having this truck for 1 week total $5150. I was letting all of the other stuff just roll off as a lesson learned until we were informed of the alternator, then I reached out to Francisco& he forwarded my concerns to Raphael. Raphael began act'n like he was going to help with the situation again I have that in writing, but once he discovered that he wasn't talking to a complete female idiot that would not allow him to put a aftermarket alternator with no warranty on my truck he stop communicating to rectify the situation. BUYER BEWARE unless you want a MONEY PIT. they will sell you a dangerous, unsafe vehicle . This place resells auctioned vehicles at an extreme mark up. I bought a 26' Box Truck a week ago from the team at Orange for the price of46000$ (2013 f750 220000 not to mention the Box truck they tried to sell me wouldn't go over 5mph )and it had and Axel ready to break in half and they welded the spindle to the bearing hub. causing all of the bearing grease to leak out and lock up. now i have to replace the entire back endi'm already almost another 8000 in they hole. not to mention breaks,tires, and oil change which you're expected to take the hit on after spending nearly 50000$ with them.THEY OFFERED NO HELP AND WONT RETURN MY CALLS.
