Refused service for a master cylinder leak which would only take a couple of minutes to fix and was a douche about it. Will not return here for service. In response to your reply to my review: none of your emails mentioned a 30 day wait prior to the day I dropped off my motorcycle. Imagine my surprise when you mentioned that you would not fix the master cylinder leak for 30 days and let it leak brake fluid onto my motorcycle for that period of time. read more

Brought two bikes here to get the carbs cleaned. When Bryan told me it was 80$ to change the oil on a ninja 250 I said they seemed expensive for two courts of oil. See I am a woman biker and almost every shop I have been in have been either not taken seriously or just completely dismissed. So when I found Motorcycle Clinic review from a woman I was cautious but hopeful. Can I just say these guys are awesome!! They know their stuff and kept me informed every step of the way. No hidden charges. Work was done well and on time. Prices were reasonable. Never once was I talked down to or my concerns dismissed. I just went back in (last minute appointment) to get brakes done. These guys squeezed me in. I was in and out in half hour. Again, prices are very fair. These guys are awesome!! They make everyone feel like family. I brought my own wheel to have replaced. They replaced the front wheel, tire and oil change. I asked if they could have it completed by the weekend so I could ride it. They said they would make it a priority and they did. All in all a very good job. read more

This was my first time at this shop. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I had two tires put on my Harley . The cost of the tires and installation was 178 dollars cheaper that at my local Harley dealer for the same tires. The tires were installed while I waited. Great service. read more

In 2015, I searched far a wide for someone who could diagnose a serious problem with my CVO Fatboy that had bedeviled me for more than a year. Harley dealers in Jacksonville and Daytona wouldn't touch it because of its previous upgrades including a ProCharger supercharger system. After a long on line search, I found Motorcycle Clinic and took a shot by trailering down from Saint Augustine, All I could think of was what one Harley service writer said, "it will probably cost $2 grand after we look at it; if we look at it." After leaving it with Bryan and Mr. Dady, I had bad dreams of financial calamity. And the result, Mr. Dady and team found my problem, a cracked fuel pressure regulator. Let's just say the 240 mile round trip was worth it. And it cost me exactly 15% of that $2 thousand. Since then, I purchased a used 2007 Custom Deluxe with a 69 horsepower 96 inch Twin Cam. Mr. Dady turned that "tractor" into a beast; 107 inches and well over 100 hp at the wheel. I won't have any serious work done to any of my rides by anyone else. Since I was still having issues went back in to make an appointment to bring the bike back in, and was dismissed by the manager, when I tried to explain the problem, I was told "the door is that way" I will be taking my business elsewhere, and would recommend others do the same. read more

Took them tires to install on my bike. Did a decent job to mount them, (even though it took twice the time as I was quoted,) but they never readjusted my chain to the proper play, (over 2 1/2 inches). Would have thought that was a standard thing to do. Disappointed. read more

As my needs have changed (converted from sport bikes to Harley's), so has what they offered in service and experience. This is where I take my bike when I can't do something myself unless it's an a fix that can only be completed by the Harley stealership.
