We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

Recently the dryer stopped working, we called the store since it was still under the warranty. The woman who runs the store was helpful and offerent to give us a new dryer. Delivery was set up and on day of delivery, the guys told us they're not bringing in, that they weren't told to do that. That information wasn't shared with us prior to delivery, we took the door off so the guys can easily bring it in. The guys that delivered said they have to call the store to ask about it but instead drove off without saying anything. I called the store to speak to the woman and express my frustration. She told us that guys had somewhere else to go and wasn't going to pay for them to bring it inside and install. I didn't ask to install but to bring inside since we werent able to and if they didn't want to install, we could do it. Unfortunately she kept saying no they won't do it, she's not their boss, and can't tell them what to do. It was left outside on a rainy day. I explained my issue with that and i don't think it's good customer service especially since we were sold a dryer that only lasted two months. She then proceeded to get defensive and blamed us for breaking the dryer. That was even more frustrating and I told her that I won't be using her store any further and won't be able to give a good review and she then hung up the phone on me. It's a shame because up until today, they were great. The store was nice, had a good selection of items which even used, looked pretty new.
