The day of delivery I got a text saying the installers would arrive between 12-4 .I called the store to see if they could help , but THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD/ WOULD DO . I called the installers who had no problem with my request . The installers entered my kitchen , pulled out the existing microwave , cut the calking around it , then told me that the moldings of my cabinets were detaching , and they could not be responsible . Also they would not be responsible for my tiled backsplash . NOTE: This microwave has been replaced before with no problem, with the same backsplash , and the same cabinets . The installers reeked of cigarette smoke. They called the store while in my kitchen , took dozens of pictures, never unpacked the unit, and left, but they had the store on speaker, and I could hear myself being berated , criticized and finally dismissed for my simple request ! There are plenty of appliance stores , so my advice is to avoid Yudin's . BTW, all my windows are open because my home reeks of cigarette smoke and the bad karma the installers brought with them !

They delivered the new fridge not even 24 hrs later and took away the old one. Class act, professional and have the same brands the other vendors have - but at a better price. Having done appliance research and looked at big box store all-in pricing, I had a model in mind along with what I expected to pay. What George quoted me all-in was very reasonable, less expensive than other stores, and it allowed me to shop local. Win-win. The two guys doing the installation and removal were efficient, clearly experienced and overall just good people. They gave me a few tips, replaced a loose drain pipe at no additional costs and cleaned some underneath areas I had not seen in over a decade. When the technician came, he explained that there was a problem with my compressor, but the good news was that the refrigerator was still under warranty. AG Appliance Repair was kind enough to file a claim with LG, and once LG accepted the claim and mailed the parts, AG Appliance Repair came back promptly to fix it.
