Place is falling apart. Mold everywhere, leaking roof, bad smell. Worse, they water down their soap for the wash and fold service, so if you ever get your clothes back smelling less than fresh that's why. This needs a minus star!! These are the most incompetent individuals in the world of laundry! They just took a beige brand new Cashmere sweater from my hanger dry wash and put with a white sheet and towels CLOROX wash and dried it too!! I used them for countless years! They are the best. They are very prompt with pick up and drop off timings. My laundry smells so fresh. Nicely folded unlike any other wash and fold services their folding technique is so good that my clothes do not get the unwanted wrinkles. They separately bundle the inner wear and pack all my clothes in a big bag. Only flip side is they are not open on sundays so if you do not want to wait for your laundry for more thn a day please schedule a pick up latest by Saturday morning so that they can do a same day delivery. This is my laundry that was left on the floor in my buildings entrance way. I specifically asked for my laundry to be dropped off between 6-7pm at night and I received a text at 12:35pm that my laundry was left in my building because I wasn't home....why even ask for a drop off time if it will just be dropped off whenever they damn well please?! I also texted and said I would be home after 6 so the delivery disregarded that and dropped it off anyway. This is unsanitary and disrespectful!!!!!! read more

I took a recommendation from my friend to use Orange Wash and it really worked out. My laundry was picked up within the hour window I chose and it was done so quickly! I wasn't sure if I'd be available later that day so I chose the next day for it to be delivered. Then they texted me to check if I was home same day, and because I was they brought it right over. I have been using Orange Wash for over a year now and they have consistently been great. I usually use the pick up/drop off service. If not the same day delivery, they always co-ordinate with my schedule. It is so convenient and they are friendly and flexible. Their service is great and the quality of work is amazing. I recently forgot to empty the pocket of my jeans, with $70 in the back pocket. I wrote this off as lost and this was actually returned to me in my laundry and I did not even know! This place is awesome! Fast service, reliable, open convenient hours seven days a week. The owner/manager is flexible, friendly and accommodating. Typical wash and fold is 85¢/pound if you drop off and pick up yourself; otherwise, it's $1/pound for door-to-door service. A word of caution: this business is located in a less desirable neighborhood of Hoboken. Although generally safe, there's definitely an eclectic mix of people that patronize this laundromat and the establishments around it. There, I've made my words as PC as possible. You catch my drift...you can't go wrong with the pick-up/drop-off service, and they arrive at your place when they say they will. I don't always or rarely review but I just felt like I had to! My wash machine unexpectedly broke last night throwing me into a panick- not to mention my sheets and towels were both soaking. I called orange wash and within ten minutes someone was at my door to pick up my belongings . They were extremely timely and before I knew it my stuff was back! Well where do we being. It seem many of the wash&fold services in Hoboken outsource their work to Orange Wash. Over the past few months I would send out my wash & fold and in return get shirts that were not mine. For example I sent 4 LuLuLemon V-necks in two colors. I got back four LuLuLemon V-Necks in different colors then I own. I figure this kind of stuff happens from time to time no big deal. That was until they started to comepletly destroy my clothing. I recently picked up some limited "Supreme" T-shirt. 100% cotton easy to clean. I got them in a few days and sent them to get cleaned. They then come back to me with grey marks all over the shirt completly destroying it and rendering it useless. When I contact them they started off rude right out the bat, I explained these are rare shirts and I can never replace them. I was then asked to send pictures. At this point it all hit the fan. I am going to give them 24 hours to remedy this situation. If it is not fixed by then, I will then post all the pictures of the clothing along with text messages from their management. I was in the area at Laundry Factory, but it was too packed so I tried this place. Big mistake. It's barely room to move around in there. Minimal parking. Washers are small. Not enough dryers considering it's supposed to be free and you can't use more than a couple at a time. Although, there are dryers you can pay for. There were people hanging out in front of the place, but they didn't bother. Their coin machine doesn't work for change. Most of the tables to fold your clothes have drop off laundry bags on top of them. I would definitely not come again. I'm guessing this is only best for drop offs. read more

I moved to Hoboken at the beginning of this year, and unfortunately my apartment does not have a washer/dryer. I work from 8-630 most days, and it was really hard for me to get to a laundromat (especially in the evenings when I am exhausted after work and just want to relax). I started using Orange Wash several months ago and they have been life saving - they are by far the best pick up/drop off laundry service in Hoboken! Their service is amazing - always on time with their pick up and drop off, and extremely professional! Clothes return sorted, folded, and organized! Absolutely fantastic. I have a biweekly pick up, and they are always on time and can drop off my laundry the next day! Clothes come back folded, sorted (they pair my socks!!) and separate my colors. They charge a pick up and drop off fee but otherwise they did a good job! They contacted me right before they were on their way so I knew to be home, they even carried up the stairs for me as I live on the top floor with no elevator! So sweet! I LOVE ORANGE WASH! This is literally the best thing ever! I use delivery.com and just place the order. The price is so reasonable its actually cheaper than the wash and fold near my house but that one I have to walk my stuff to. I have had TERRIBLE experiences with this place. The first time, delivery was 40 minutes late. The second, it was 30 minutes late and ALL of my light colored clothing had pink, splotchy stains. I left a message about the situation and Did not receive a response. What's worse it that they obviously dried them on very high heat, so there may be no hope of salvage. read more
