Full disclosure: I received my services for free. Orange Window Cleaning was looking to work with my housekeeper (Sparkle N Shine) and the owner of SNS wanted my house to be the test subject. With that said, I'm thoroughly happy with Orange Window Cleaning and we will definitely hire them in September for our next cleaning. Once I agreed to be the test subject, Johnny contacted me right away and scheduled our cleaning. A few days before our appointment, Johnny called to let me know there was rain in the forecast and he wanted to reschedule. I told him I was fine with keeping our appointment because I figured they were anxious to get this job done in order to partner with SNS. Even though I wasn't a paying client, Johnny insisted we hold off until after the rain so that we would have clean windows for much longer. Johnny & Sergio arrived early for our scheduled appointment and got right to work. Aside from cleaning each window inside and out, they also cleaned the window tracks and removed & cleaned every screen. After they hit each window, they went through the house from window to window double checking their work and caught minor missed spots. I give them a 5-star rating for cleaning the windows, and a 4-star for cleaning the tracks. My windows were absolutely filthy after not being washed for nearly a year while remodeling. They now sparkle! I have some custom windows with small individual panes and unique shapes, and they were done perfectly. The The tracks were cleaned acceptably, but the patio slider track could have used just a little more detailed work in the corners. Orange Window Cleaning was very responsive, and gladly accommodated my schedule. The young man who did the work was on time, careful, efficient, and very friendly. I've never used a window cleaning service before, but based on my experience, I think I'll be setting up quarterly service. read more

It's easy to tell when a company truly cares about the quality of their work... This is one of those companies. We used Orange Window Cleaning for a mid-size hotel project. The communication was far beyond expectations (from booking the appointment, to the reminders, and the follow up.) They did a great job with our windows! Reasonable prices, honest work, down-to-earth attitudes. As a Realtor, I hired these guys to clean the windows for a home that I was about to list and they gave me a quick estimate over the phone and were able to schedule me in the next day. They finished within the time they had said it would be done and even did extra windows that I added on last minute. Even with the extra work, they did not overcharge me and were very fair in the accommodations of my request. The windows, screens and inside frames were cleaned and looked great. I found Orange window cleaning on Yelp and they had great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. Jacob just left and we couldn't be happier with how clean and sparkling our windows are! Jacob was very polite and professional. He wore a face covering the whole time and had special "booties" for his shoes to keep the carpet clean. He cleaned the windows inside and out, screens, and the tracks. We have really high ceilings with decorative windows and he had all of the right equipment to get the job done. I'm so happy to have found Orange Window Cleaning. Johnny is the young owner, and he arrived right on time. He made sure each screen was properly removed, the tracks cleaned, the screens dusted, and the windows cleaned. The exterior windows were thick with spider webs, but he got everything nice and shiny. I would highly recommend Orange Window Cleaning. The guys were punctual and professional. I have a mid century modern house with many floor to ceiling windows - they were in a pretty bad state as they are difficult to get at.
