The corn dog turned out to be corn dog nuggets, which made it easier for my little to cut up and let the steam release. The fries were super crispy but fluffy in the middle. The candied pecan crusted goat cheese salad was exactly that. It looked like a small cheese ball of goat cheese that had been rolled in the candied pecan mixture, and then deep fried. By the time you open the cheese ball of goat cheese and mix it with the rest of the salad, there's not much texture diversity because the croutons were not crunchy.
