I am really enjoying the experience here so far! I discovered the gym by clicking a FB add and…read morehave been pleasantly surprised as the last time I worked out was giving birth to my cross fit partner! Two weeks in, I am not breaking any records but I am still smiling and happy! I can also run farther now than when I started. While the number on the scale isn't changing (mainly because I haven't altered my diet) my skill confidence and pride are beginning to soar! Every trainer there is genuine. 24 hour doesn't allow my 9 yr old to work out but trainers here are "kid certified in cross fit" and I totally recommend bringing kiddos! Just give them a talk about respecting the staff, equipment, and other gym goers as classes are mixed occasionally!‍
