Well, this is a pretty cool place on some of their items, but when it comes to business cards, they will NOT price match! Well, thats to bad because I was going to buy a ton of cards for myself and my employees. So, I went to Staples and got 5,000 cards with metallic finish for only 200 bucks. Received 5 Star service here today! Greeted at the door upon entering, sales associate immediately approached counter and asked what I needed help with. Offered suggestions and ran a few estimates on my print job so that I could determine what option was best for my budget. Prior to printing my job she let me know I had quite a bit of space in my margins so that my poster wouldn't print flush to the page. I went ahead and asked her to print my job anyway. After printing I asked her how I could prevent the margins in the future on my print job and she offered me a solution. I was done in less than 10 minutes (I didn't have a very large order but felt as though my service was a quick no hassle experience due to the associates willingness to help). I was happy with the price I paid for the service I received. I would definitely return here over fedEx or other major competitors due to the great experience. Not having to wait around for help like you do at FedEx was also an added benefit. I'd recommend others shop here before visiting competitors because we need to support our mom and pop businesses that operate in our communities. When these kinds of places aren't available we end up having to pay ridiculously higher prices at larger competitors, waste time and money driving out of our neighborhoods to these stores that are centrally located, and waste time waiting in lines for service which is often rushed. read more

I went in there in a bind because I needed to print an insert for my wedding invitations and we had to send them out the next day. I had some formatting issues and my printer was not able to print on the paper I wanted. So I brought my document and paper into this shop and they were extremely helpful!
