They said that it would probably be a simple fix and that they would do a diagnostic on my car. They did not let me know how much the diagnostic was. I assume that it was free or at the maximum around $150 because they said it came with every car that they would service my mom was there with me and even asked them about it and there was no response on pricing. little did I know that it was $250 to just get your car even looked at and it was over $1000 to fix the key tumbler. I asked another place and they said that it was $60 for the SAME SERVICE. They are price gougers and even though I didn't get anything done on my car I still had to pay $250 for them to even look at it. we considered getting a cheaper service so then they could waive the $250 fee as most dealers do even though there's usually not even a fee to check the car. They said it would be $350 to get the driver belt replaced to my dad then later on said that it would be the $350 plus the $250 and the only way to get the $250 fee waived was to spend $1000 on the key tumbler. this was the worst service that I have ever experienced. I have never even written a review before, but this just had to be known. genuinely I will never come back here, even if they offer me something for the troubles that me and my family went through with them. they even offered me to trade in my car to wave the $250 fee. how ridiculous!!! Please save yourself and NEVER go here. (they also are just outrageously expensive and found multiple things to charge me on that weren't wrong with the car or didn't need replacement!!)

Started with a 8:30am service appointment for a leak in my wife's 2020 X3. We were quoted a…read morediagnostic fee of $250. The day goes by no calls from advisor Clem so we call around 3:30 as they close at 6:00. We are told the fountain they use to put the vehichle under to find leak was not working and that the diagnostic fee was going to be more and I'm thinking you are making the customer absorb the cost of your fountain not working. This is absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service especially for BMW, I would expect this type of customer service from a buy here pay here type of place. We did not receive a call back until after 6pm and was told the diagnostic fee was $378. I'm curious as to if you were in my shoes what would you do?
