I am writing this to warn others about the extreme lack of competence at this service center. My vehicle was held here for 145 days due to service transmission and limited performance. My Jeep wrangler would not go over 45mph. During that time, I was given constant excuses, experienced poor communication, and felt like my vehicle was never a priority. After nearly half a year of waiting with no results. I received a call saying it was my recall clutch that they originally put in, and they needed to be approved from warranty for a second recall. I had my Jeep for 43 hours and a service transmission notification came across my screen and my Jeep instantly lost speed and would not go over 45mph. I called Jim Reihls and was felt like an inconvenience. I went to Moran in port Huron. The difference was night and day. The new team diagnosed and fully repaired the exact same issue in just one week. It's clear now that my car was sitting untouched or misdiagnosed for months at Jim Reihls. Ivan the service repair manager told me it was at their dealership for 145 days due to being lost in the system. Even though I had a loaner vehicle and had to resign rental agreements multiple times and called to check on the status of my jeep. If you value your time and need your vehicle fixed correctly, go elsewhere. This experience was beyond unacceptable! read more

Getting a new car is nice and all but the prices are super outrageous right now! Leasing seemed like the way to go but prices today made me think otherwise. I could not be more happy with the service I received at this dealership. I had a pretty bad axle seal leak on my Jeep. I called and spoke to John and while other dealerships could not fit me in for several days John told me to bring it right in. Upon arriving John greeted me and took me over to introduce me to Brad Seelof, 1 of his service advisors. Brad and John both listened to my repair needs registered my warranty info (after market warranty) then Brad told me how they were going to handle my issues as I thought there was an oil leak as well. Brad stayed in contact throughout repairs, worked diligently with warranty company and went above and beyond throughout the process. I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership or repair facility. Absolutely top notch customer service done the right way. They earned my business from here on out. read more

Called made an appt for 1010 this morning for recall and couple other minor issues. It's now 1208pm truck hasnt even been in yet and the service guy said well you shouldn't brought in with electrical issues if u had to work. That statement alone in his tone just lost my business with them as did the one on 14 mile lost my business years ago. Pass on the service department. I took my car in for a warranty repair on a brake caliper which was sticking. They ended up nearly killing me when they conveniently forgot to put copper washers back into my brake line, which stops the line from 1. leaking brake fluid, and 2. blowing off while you're braking. It's a good thing I didn't trust them to do a full brake job and ended up taking my tire off the same day they had done the caliper job... Because I noticed the brake fluid everywhere and caught it before my brake pedal hit the floor without stopping my car. No apology or anything, and I had to set up the tow to get the car back to them so they could undo what they had done. They also refuse to do non-recall/recommended/not required SB updates. They'll tell you they don't exist. This might be a better place to BUY a car than to get one serviced. I'll never know because they'll never get business from me again. read more

Sales guy was willing to work with me, over the phone, which was ideal for me. Got a very good deal on the jeep. Service guys are very nice, they go out of their way for the customer. My only issues: 1. they refused to fill the gas tank when I picked up my new jeep. Maybe it's just me, but I have bought several new cars in my life and never had a dealership so tight over filling the gas tank. It's always the little things that bug me. And this $20 issue is pretty little, but still annoying. 2. There was a glob of grease on the engine cover. After a few days of driving I kept smelling a burning smell coming from under the hood. Took a few minutes to clean it up. That should of been caught by their people. Other than that it's been a good experience. read more

Set an appointment a week ago. Show up at my appt time. Basically they told me they won't even get to look at my car the same day. So, I have to pay for a rental. After waiting an hour for the shuttle to take me to get a rental, I check to see how much longer. Was informed the driver came and went 3 times and never came to get me(which he was supposed to do). Purchased a car battery 18 months ago with a 3 year free replacement warranty, the battery died and they wouldn't honor the warranty. They said the reason was new owners and no records were kept from the previous owners. I ended up buying another battery from some where else. It cost me $169.48 for what should have been replaced under warranty. Their attitude was appalling and I will never do business there ever again. What a poor way to run a business! This was my first and LAST visit to Orchard even though it is the closest to my home. I took my car in for a basic oil change and the standard safety inspection last week. Firstly, being new to the dealership I was used to service advisors who came up to my car when I arrived to do my paperwork. In the past I did not have to go up to a counter but hey, Orchard is a much smaller dealer. This was no biggie for me, but when I walked up to the counter neither of the advisors even bothered to say hello. They just ignored me while they fiddled with their papers. Finally I said something about the oil change. The one advisor seemed very put off by actually having to do his job but finally filled in the paperwork. He would not take my word that my car had X miles on it so had to walk all the way over to the car. He then gave me a dirty look for having the gaul to bring my 2 young children with me. He then silently walked back to the counter and said, "You can wait in the waiting room" He never told me where it was or even allowed me to ask if the Technician could take a quick look at my transmission pan. (It has a small leak) I finally asked him where the waiting room was and went there while waiting for my husband to come pick me up for lunch. My children and I ventured over to look at the new cars since my son LOVES trucks and we are thinking about buying a new Jeep within the next year. The people on the sales side were very nice and even answered a couple simple questions for me. Finally about 45 minutes later my husband arrived. We went out to lunch and about 2 hours after I dropped my car off I recieved a call that the oil change had been completed. Should I mention this was a Monday and they were not busy what so ever? I called before I took the car in to ensure they weren't. There were 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived as well. When I went to pick the car up I went to the service desk, again this is what we did at the previous dealer. I asked about the car and the Advisor very rudely said, "Where's your paperwork". I told him I didn't have any and he gruffly told me to go to the cashier. While at the Cashier the lady at first seemed very nice. But she snapped at me while I was going over the service order/receipt. She said, "You get a copy of that, you can go over it later". I mean I am not going to fork over my hard earned money without looking at what was done! Seriously lady! Anyway...Things seemed to be in order so I paid her. Upon returning to the service desk my paperwork was checked and my key was returned to me. That was it.. PERIOD. Not another word. No Thank-yous no Come agains. NOTHING Not even a mention of the tire that was well out of spec. Not a mention of the Air filter needing replacing. Not a mention of the leak in the trans pan. These are things I was aware of and were noted on the paperwork. He simply saw a woman and figured "why bother" Well Orchard..Why should you bother?...This woman worked as an Auto Technician with experience in the bays and as a Service Advisor. You also lost a whole family of Loyal Chrysler owners who do not buy cheap cars. I'll drive a little farther and go to Rochester next time. read more

Great place to buy a car!!! Very informative and knowledge about the different vehicles we were looking into. Plus they fixed a couple of things on the used car we were buying to make sure we were happy with it. Also, there is nice area that is well stocked with coffee, donuts/breads from the local orchard and a variety of speciality herbal teas, which I appreciated since I have an autoimmune disease not allowing me to have caffeine. They didn't complete the work on my car and then drove it 60 down a dirt road, now my car is making new noises thanks too them. He was very attentive to our needs & he got us into the vans we could afford with the bells & whistles we could afford. Service wise, we've only had oil changes there & everyone has been very professional & friendly. We have done business at many dealerships over the years, all different car brands too but this dealer & our sales man Larry will be the one we will always go to. We have even brought quotes from other dealers from their write up sheets & Larry has beat their deals. I know everyone has their own experiences but ours has only been a positive one. Made online appointment to get a small recall issue and also had them do an oil change & tire rotation. They responded that they would contact me within 24 hours of my appt. They texted and emailed to confirm within the 24 hours. They got me in on time and also honored my request to fill my tires to 4 pounds over standard. During my visit, they texted me offering to answer any questions during my wait, and was out the door in 45 minutes. They then followed up with a survey, which I gave them kudos. I have been coming to this dealership for over 12 years. The service was OK to good, before. It is excellent now. (they must have listened to prior feedback before and stepped it up). Bought a 2013 Ford Edge from this crooked dealership and it has been nothing but a growing problem since I bought it. First car with car payments I ever bought myself, 42 yrs old and was so excited to not drive money pit crap anymore. 3 weeks in, tons of electrical problems, check engine light came on..traction control says needs servicing. That's 3 weeks of having the car I paid $20,000 for. Was told by them "they don't check that stuff" and "take it to a ford dealership". Do yourself a favor and pass this dirty dealing dealership by. DO NOT leave your lease turn in here!!!!!!!! I leased a new RAM, left the old lease there in excellent condition and 1 month later I received a bill from $365.00 in damages. The leasing company sent me photos of the damage, the truck was side swiped and scratched. The salesperson knows that the turn in was in excellent condition, I turned it in with 3,000 miles less contract. When I contacted 2 managers at the dealership both told it was my problem. read more

A few years ago I accompanied my wife into this dealership. We were approached by a salesman, and he asked me if he could help me. I told him I was there with my wife and she was the one buying the car. He looked at my wife and asked her what type of car she was interested in, and when she told him the exact words out of the salesman's mouth was "Are you sure you can afford a car like that?" My wife and I looked at each other and we literally walked out of the dealership. My wife ended up buying a new Mustang GT at Romeo Ford just down the street. I recently bought a new Jeep Renegade, but not at this dealership for obvious reasons. I started having a very minor issue with the new Jeep Renrgade so I figured I'd go back here and give them another chance. After all, they do make money off of warranty repair. When I pulled into the service area where you dropped off the cars I was immediately asked by the service write up guy if I had an appointment to drop my Jeep off. I said no, but it's a very minor issue. He said I was welcome to leave it, but because I didn't have an appointment it may be 2 or 3 before they got to it. Really? Does "Fiat Chrysler Automobiles" make such inferior products their dealerships are backed up 2 to 3 days to get to a very minor issue? I've taken other makes of cars to other dealerships where I waited a couple of hours in the lounge while they took care of the problem. Do not take your car here for service. Brought my car in for trouble starting. Few days later they told me to come pick it up and that I shouldn't have anymore problems with in. The next morning it once again refused to start and I called them and they told me it started for them the first time at the dealership so they figured there wasn't a problem. Also, this is the only dealership I've been to where they hand you the keys at service and you have to walk through the lot to get to your vehicles, no porters to bring your car up. read more

I bought a used car with very little miles on it from Orchard CDJ. NOT cheap. 2 days later my engine light came on. After one week my brakes sound terrible which in the buying process they told us would be new. I contacted them with no response. After multiple attempts we got a sales manager, who pushed the responsibility on the sales person who still didn't help us. They're recommendation was that I go get it repaired on my own expense at the Lincoln dealership, no assistance for selling me a bad car. During the test drive everything was fine, no idea what kind of bandaid they put on for the car to work well for one day only. I never write reviews but I am so extremely disappointed and don't want anyone who spends the kind of money we spent to have a reliable vehicle for our family to have to go through this. read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle here and my experience was awful! When I picked up the car after signing the paperwork, the work that was promised to be done was not complete. I called and explained the issue and was told to bring the car in (a week after purchasing) to have the service department look it over. We were told the car would be lifted so we could explain the issue and that did not happen. Instead we left it (Thursday evening) expecting it to be complete the following day. I called for an update and was told I would hear back in a few minutes.. that didn't happen. I drove to the dealership since no one called back and my car was still not finished! I spoke with the GM stating I wanted to look at the work and he insulted my by asking if I knew what I was looking for! I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me by letting my drive off the lot with a car that still had issues and then by insulting me!! I waited until the work was complete and took the car for a test drive. THE ISSUE WAS STILL NOT FIXED!!! An alignment was supposed to be done but the car was still pulling to the right!! At this point I was extremely upset and wanted this resolved. I left the car at the dealership over the weekend so that it could be fixed first thing the following Monday. I received a call on Monday stating the car was still not finished. FINALLY, on Tuesday the car was finished!! I went to pick up the vehicle and when I got inside the inside was FILTHY!! Needless to say, I will never go to this dealership again to purchase a vehicle because they treat you like you don't know what you are talking about and they lie to your face!!!! Horrible service. I accidentally locked my keys in my car, stranding myself at work. My husband called to get another key made so he could come unlock our vehicle and the guy told him "he wasn't going to wait around for him to get there." My husband got there right at 6:00 when they close to be told by other workers that this same guy had already left, knowing my husband was on the way. Because of this inconsiderate employee, he had to pack our 2 year-old daughter in the car and drive an hour one way to pick me up, then I had to miss work the next day to have a key made.
