Then my boyfriend found Heidebreicht Chevrolet and introduced me to Mr. Steven Wilks. Steven greeted us right away, and his mix of professionalism, friendliness, politeness, and real mechanical knowledge made him stand out from all the other salesmen I had met on my journey. No pressure, no fluff--just honest guidance and a clear understanding of what I needed. (And with a smile!) :) Even when I backed out of my first choice, Steven didn't flinch. He showed NO signs of disappointment. He understood how I felt, so he encouraged me to find something I truly loved, (which mattered to me, once again I knew I was at the right place, with the right salesman), I felt respected, and that my business mattered..like he actually WANTED my business..and then.... I did....I found one. I truly fell in love with this car. He walked me through each and every detail--from financing to paying cash--with full patience and clarity. While other dealerships turned me away for having a modest budget, Steven made it work, and he made it easy. Now I'm driving a car I LOVE, a car that I NEVER thought I'd be able to afford, a car other dealerships turned my away from with my budget. I'll absolutely be back, just not anytime soon..I'm enjoying this car & think I will be for a long time. I am SO over the moon happy with my new ride. 10/10 Customer Service !!!! 10/10 No-Very Little Waiting Time 10/10 Trust !!! 10/10 Selection of Vehicles Thank you Heidebreicht Chevrolet, and thank you Steven Wilks!!! :) You've got a lifelong customer now!

Worst Service Experience Imaginable - Beware the Service Department!…read moreI purchased a used 2016 Silverado from Heidenbreicht Chevrolet and had a great experience with the sales team. However, the service department has been a complete nightmare, and I urge anyone considering buying a vehicle here, especially a used one, to proceed with extreme caution. Within one month of purchase, while the truck was under full warranty, I brought it in for issues with hard shifting and transmission hesitation. Initial Refusal: Over the course of three separate visits, the service department insisted there was "nothing wrong" with the truck, despite my clear and repeated concerns. The staff was rude, dismissive, and demeaning, making me feel like my concerns were invalid. Management Intervention: I had to escalate the issue to management before they finally agreed to investigate. They eventually replaced the transmission wiring harness, assuring me the problem was solved. I immediately informed them that the issue was not fixed, but they swore it was fine and sent me on my way. Now, shortly after the warranty has expired, my truck has major transmission failure. I am left with a large repair bill and several years of payments remaining on a defective vehicle. Had the Heidebreicht Chevrolet service department simply done their job and properly diagnosed and fixed the transmission when I first brought it in--repeatedly--the repair would have been 100% covered under warranty. Instead, the only "solution" offered by Marissa was a measly $1,000 off a repair that is now going to cost thousands out of my own pocket. This offer is insulting and shows a complete lack of accountability for their negligence. In summary: The sales process was fine, but the service department is dishonest, incompetent, and unprofessional. They actively ignored a major problem while the truck was under warranty, resulting in significant financial damage to me. Do not trust their service department.

One major complaint is when Serra says they check everything in a vehicle, they do not. After purchasing (as is) we realized the back windshield wiper was broken and leaking inside the vehicle. We were more upset with ourselves for not checking it before we purchased but we overlooked. Otherwise it has been an excellent vehicle. We decided to return some years later and purchased another vehicle. Different salesman and ended up being a horrible experience. We purchased a 3rd party extended warranty which is a horrible waste of money. Within 1week of driving off the lot, the transmission went. The warranty process is a nightmare which also leaves you without a vehicle because this warranty work takes forever and they don't want to cover anything; for example, with the transmission, they would only allow one to come from a junkyard. After two transmissions later and being without a vehicle for an extended period of time, it was finally fixed with the warranty. So we purchased a vehicle that we needed and then were without a vehicle for over 2 months. A family member ended up loaning a vehicle so we could get kids to school. Never had this problem with an actual Ford warranty. The vehicle continues to have problems to date and the vehicle currently sits in a shop while we wait for the warranty paperwork; it has already been three weeks . The only way I would ever recommend purchasing here, is if you pay to have an inspection done at ford or elsewhere. If it passes inspection, we would only purchase a Ford warranty. They are clearly not going through their vehicles and we feel just doing fast sales. Vehicle looks great on the outside, but if you are not a mechanic, you don't know what's going on under the hood. I challenge you to do better. When people come to you to purchase a vehicle, they are doing more than just purchasing something, they are trusting you to help them get kids to school, get them to work, get someplace in an emergency, etc. Do your thorough inspections that you say you are doing. Our vehicle would have never passed a proper inspection. And the warranty you push is a waste of money. I know you have some good people working for you, do better and get your ratings up. Change how you do business. Care that you are selling a quality product. And if there's issues, price it accordingly and be honest. With our transmission, it was obvious from a mechanic standpoint to not purchase by looking at the fluid, but we would have never have known that and trusted you.

The mileage was higher than I'd like but the F150 Lariat was too good to pass up. I spoke with Mike and set up an appointment for a certain time and day and Jessica emailed me that the truck would be ready for my review and test drive upon my arrival. Wednesday rolled around and we left Waterford for Washington knowing we'd have a 45 minutes drive to the dealership. I brought my girlfriend along anticipating that she would drive my vehicle home after we made the deal on the truck. I had emailed Mike at 8am that morning that I would see him around 11:30am. When we arrived, we were guided to a waiting area and met by Mike who offered us coffee or water and asked if I had checked my text messages. I hadn't as I was in the process of tying down things at home before we left. Mike casually mentioned that the truck was sold the evening before and that he texted me of that fact. I would have expected a phone call and voicemail rather than the text at the very least. I asked why it was sold when it was on hold for me. He explained that used vehicles are not their "bread and butter" and are sold on a first come, first served basis. Mike was very nonchalant about the matter and changed the conversation to my price range and vehicle preferences. Was I open to look at other trucks - which I was at that point. He showed me four other possibilities but, oh! Unfortunately, although they all had "hold" on them had been sold. Classic "Bait and Switch!" He offered to look for other vehicles and call me when they showed up. I told him flatly to forget it and walked out. Now that's what I call customer service. Not!! Suburban anything will never see my business again.

But I took a leap and went to this location and had Joe help me. I was encouraged by Joe to get 10.5k miles / year despite me saying I need more due to a longer commute. I was informed to not worry about it and to just do 10.5k, and that my back was had and I'd be looked out for. Once my lease was up, I 100% needed to worry about it... After being told we could just roll mileage over to a new lease. Joe had quoted me for a certain price that was well over what other dealers were offering. Due to this, my wife had called him and asked what's going on, and he quoted her for a lesser price than what was given to me. This disrespect to me & shady practice disappointed my wife and I greatly. We paid the heavy costs and happily went to a different dealer for a fraction of the cost and less nonsense. Stay clear.
