I spoke with Mike and set up an appointment for a certain time and day and Jessica emailed me that the truck would be ready for my review and test drive upon my arrival. Wednesday rolled around and we left Waterford for Washington knowing we'd have a 45 minutes drive to the dealership. I brought my girlfriend along anticipating that she would drive my vehicle home after we made the deal on the truck. I had emailed Mike at 8am that morning that I would see him around 11:30am. When we arrived, we were guided to a waiting area and met by Mike who offered us coffee or water and asked if I had checked my text messages. I hadn't as I was in the process of tying down things at home before we left. Mike casually mentioned that the truck was sold the evening before and that he texted me of that fact. I would have expected a phone call and voicemail rather than the text at the very least. I asked why it was sold when it was on hold for me. He explained that used vehicles are not their "bread and butter" and are sold on a first come, first served basis. Mike was very nonchalant about the matter and changed the conversation to my price range and vehicle preferences. Was I open to look at other trucks - which I was at that point. He showed me four other possibilities but, oh! Unfortunately, although they all had "hold" on them had been sold. Classic "Bait and Switch!" He offered to look for other vehicles and call me when they showed up. I told him flatly to forget it and walked out. Now that's what I call customer service. Not!! Suburban anything will never see my business again.

My Jeep wrangler would not go over 45mph. During that time, I was given constant excuses, experienced poor communication, and felt like my vehicle was never a priority. After nearly half a year of waiting with no results. I received a call saying it was my recall clutch that they originally put in, and they needed to be approved from warranty for a second recall. I had my Jeep for 43 hours and a service transmission notification came across my screen and my Jeep instantly lost speed and would not go over 45mph. I called Jim Reihls and was felt like an inconvenience. I went to Moran in port Huron. The difference was night and day. The new team diagnosed and fully repaired the exact same issue in just one week. It's clear now that my car was sitting untouched or misdiagnosed for months at Jim Reihls. Ivan the service repair manager told me it was at their dealership for 145 days due to being lost in the system. Even though I had a loaner vehicle and had to resign rental agreements multiple times and called to check on the status of my jeep. If you value your time and need your vehicle fixed correctly, go elsewhere. This experience was beyond unacceptable!
