I recently moved into a new condo and called Orchid to do a deep clean. I specifically asked for the bathrooms, floors, and kitchen to be cleaned. I was specific in my request that I wanted the kitchen cabinets cleaned and the appliances cleaned as well. Juan was very nice, confirmed my appointment and followed up after the service. The ladies that cleaned did a fine job but in my opinion did not clean well enough to to be called a deep clean-which I was charged extra for. There were some details in the bathroom (crevices in the toilet, switch plates, crevices on the faucets) and kitchen (refrigerator door shelves, water/ice dispenser in door, tops of cabinet doors) that I ended up cleaning on my own afterwards. Like I said, they did a fine job cleaning and the service was great, but for a deep clean I expected a little more in depth cleaning and more attention to detail. read more

They did a good job (team of two) cleaning my bathrooms and master bedroom and some of the kitchen in the four hours that they were scheduled for. When I scheduled, I spoke with Juan and I was specific on what I needed done. I wanted 4 bathrooms cleaned, only 1 bedroom out of four, kitchen including the appliances in and out and cleaning my marble floors. After 4 hours went by, they never got to do the inside of the appliances or to sweeping and moping the floors, I had to finish the work myself. read more

I used Orchid cleaning services to clean up an apartment that I was moving out of. Juan Castro, the owner, send a crew to the place right on time. I was very much impressed by their attention to detail. They were almost obsessive in how they took their time to leave anything they touched spotless. They spent 2.5 hours cleaning up the place. When they were done, the place looked brand new and all shiny, so much so that when the land lady came to do her walk-through and to take her keys back, she was so impressed that she gave me back my security deposit on the spot when I expected it a month later! Juan, the owner, was very responsive however I started with the service a few months back and had issues from the start. I thought it was because I have a larger home and the two gals cleaning my home needed to get used to my expectations so I called Juan after each service to explain what was missed. He was very responsive, however, the service did not get better it got worse. I needed up terminating the service this past week I unfortunately right before Christmas. The ladies parked their car on my front lawn and ran over my Christmas ornament when they arrived, didn't empty the trash in my bedroom, bathroom and didn't clean my powder room at all (floors, toilet, trash). They didn't wipe down my microwave which was dirty and I had asked repeatedly before be done. They didn't dust anything in my master bedroom and were here for 4 hrs. It's unfortunate because I believe Juan works hard to try and run a successful business. read more

Orchid cleaning services was one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with! I hired them to clean our new house that was completely empty and to help take the stress off moving into a new home. I ended up being a lot more stressed after hiring Orchid cleaning. The house was unoccupied for a few years so it was very dusty. Jose confirmed with me the areas of the house that would be cleaned and the blinds and ceiling fans were included, however, his cleaning crew didn't even touch the blinds or ceiling fans! They had layers of dust on them! Jose's crew also didn't clean any of the kitchen cabinets inside or outside or the shower doors in both bathrooms. We specially asked the cleaning crew NOT to clean the refrigerator because we were throwing it away, but since Jose decided to send non-English speaking people to my house, they must have not understood us and wasted my time and theirs cleaning a refrigerator that was going in the garbage. Jose was extremely unprofessional and had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay additional money to have his crew come back to do the job right, but I didn't want those people back in my house! I wouldn't recommend using Orchid cleaning for any cleaning services - especially not a new home that you want cleaned right before you move in. What a horrible experience!! read more
