I never seen any hair salon that CAN do a ridiculous hair color like this. it's even worse than i do it at home. My younger sister want to get her hair dye before go back to vietnam to visit family. $500 for this hair color and stain all over, is it look worth it to you? when i called back to ask, the owner Tuyen told me that she was gonna charge my sister $800 for that hair color because it took her 7-8 hours!!? you can tell how unprofessional she is, took her 7-8 hours and the hair color came out like that?? only CHEAP hair dye color can leave stain like that. I dye my hair alot, even in NYC, bleach 2-3 times and 2 ombre colors still NOT go over $500. With the hair artist with years experienced, you let your customer walk out with the stains all over the scalp like that??? and you didnt even try to solve the problem but hang up the phone on me??? So unprofessional, more like SCAM. TRASH WORK but ask for RIDICULOUS PRICE read more

Tuyen is the owner and she worked some serious magic on my hair. My hair feels so much softer and lighter and actually has some movement now! I'm so happy I found a decent nail salon so close to home! The place is clean as what other reviewers have stated. I made an appointment as there were only 2 nail technicians when I went there. I really liked the fact that there weren't many customers. I could really relax and focus on getting pampered. Sometimes when there are too many people talking, you can't really relax because there's too much noise. Another good thing was that since I had an appointment and there were only a few customers there...the nail technician really took the time and care you would expect for such a service and my nails came out really well. I got the guy (sorry I forgot his name) to do my nails. I got the French tip gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was very impressed with his technique with my manicure. He was very meticulous and took his time and the outcome was beautiful nails! Sometimes when you go to other nail salons they rush it and the gel manicure can be really sloppy and thick...looking very fake. I will definitely recommend this place to others. It's very clean and the nail technicians and customers don't talk too much so you can really relax and have a pleasant experience. I will definitely come here again. read more

MANICURE REVIEW. The only reason I was interested in this salon was because they had mood changing nail polishes. They had about 8 mood changing nail polishes (very upset about this). Place was empty and Henry did my manicure. Henry is Henry. Nothing extraordinary he did. I felt like he was rushing for a salon that was not busy. I had to remind him I wanted a round nail and point out multiple times that some nails were longer than others (he didn't like this) because I want a PERFECT mani. Pushed back my cuticles and cut very little cuticle. Slathered on lotion and put a hot towel on my hands and called it a day. No massage, rushed mani. I didn't feel relaxed. read more

This nail salon is close to my house and has a parking lot so I wanted to love it. Sadly, the service is terrible. I've been there for a mani/pedi a few times and always got stuck with the only guy that works there. Though he is fast and cleans well, he's very sloppy when applying nail polish. The base coat & top coat is cheap so my nails chip the next day. Not only that, the guy buffed my nails before applying polish and never smoothed it out, so my nails were rough after took the color off. I can only comment on hair cuts, I've never been here for nails. I recommend only going to the owner for your cut, and be as specific as possible (bring a picture). You will get a 4-5 star cut. I've gone to other people there and left with a cut I did not ask for. The more specific you are, the better cut you will get. I'm leaving off a star because I feel they are a bit over priced and they don't allow tips on the credit card, so bring cash. read more

The guy did a really bad job on my nails. I went there on a Thursday and by Friday my nails were chipped. I wanted to go back for them to fix it and she told they will. But I get out of work at 6:30 she told me that by 7 they leave. But the day I went to get my nails done I got to the salon at 7:15. They wanted to stay so they can make the money. But since they have to fix what they messed up they don't want to stay a little later. Great customer service!! I will not go there again. Literally my nails look chipped and cracked. I have got my nails done with many different salon but this place was the worst I can not believe that GELS can look this cracked out!!! Owner told me to go ahead and write a bad review about her salon, so I'm doing what she wants me to do. I usually don't have time for this but since she was being a B and was not accommodating then she gets what she asked for. DO NOT go to this place. They rushed my nails so they can leave. Sad to write this review but i have been a customer here for a little over 2 years and will unfortunately not be returning. The owner is really talented, but it is such a waste when she does not appreciate her customers. In the beginning, she took her time coloring my hair and always listened to me about what I wanted. The past few times I went in I felt so uncomfortable bc she had such an attitude it almost felt like she wAs doing me a favor by styling my hair. She barely said hi to me, kept giving me an attitude, and just had a negative energy. The last time, she couldn't even listen when I told her I wanted something new, she simply rushed away when I mentioned it and didn't even look at my hair or suggest anything..and then ended up messing up my color! I wanted to call and let her know, but I figured it wasn't worth it since I haven't been happy with the service the past few times I went. The prices there are ok, but honestly I don't mind paying more elsewhere if it means getting better service.Gave this place more than enough chances only to be continually disappointed. They will not be seeing me again. read more
