To start off, I didn't even make it to the massage, so I do not know how the actual services are. I had tried to schedule an appointment a month ago for both my mother and I as a mother-daughter excursion before she had to leave the state; we got a Groupon. However, we came to find out that the address was wrong on the Groupon's initial page. We had waited outside some stranger's house for 10-15 minutes (well past our appointment time) before finally managing to get in touch with someone only to find out that the massage therapist had been stuck out of town on a rotator flight. I tried to schedule a new appointment sometime later; this time, I went through an app link that was provided to me through text message. When I made it to the appointment's actual location, I waited outside of the locked office for 15 minutes again before finally giving up and heading home. During that time, I had tried contacting Orchid Wellness about my appointment, and they did not get back to me until AFTER 15 minutes past my appointment time AND after I had already contacted Groupon and complained about the unreliability of not only being able to get into contact with the organization. While I do understand having issues with flights and flooded living rooms, I do not appreciate learning that my appointment was cancelled after I had already arrived at the location and waited for over ten minutes. A courtesy call would have been nice so I didn't have to waste my day. I do not recommend scheduling an appointment with this company. They should have at least contacted me as soon as there were problems and tried rescheduling with me instead of waiting until my appointment time to tell me that they won't be showing up! read more

When I arrived the door was locked for no entry but I could hear music coming from the inside but no one answered. I called four more times no answer. Bought a Groupon for this business. Reserved a day and time. Received a confirmation. The day before my scheduled appointment, I receive a call from the masseuse asking if I could change my day and possible time. I informed her that my entire party was from out of town(California, Alabama, Nevada)there to celebrate a birthday. My Groupon was for a party of 7 to receive services. I attempted to work with her. She decided to keep the original date and time. On my scheduled day and time, I received a call 1 hour before we were to arrive, there had been a power outage and the facility had no power. She didn't know when it would be restored. I understood the problem. She then asked if we could re-schedule for Sunday at the same time. I agreed. I then received 2 text messages; 1 with a confirmation of the new day and time and another the day before with a reminder. Well, on the day of my scheduled appointment I send a text to confirm the time. No reply. My party arrives at the scheduled time to location, only to find the doors locked and business closed. I called the number 12 times over a 1 hour period, I text twice, no reply and no answer, the voicemail not set up to leave messages It has now been 48 hours and I have yet to receive a notification or communication from anyone associated with the business. I believe I was booked with Erika. From the very beginning, she appeared as if she was not available or willing. I bought and booked this 1 week before my arrival in Atlanta, all I asked for was some communication. I could have made other plans or requested my refund from Groupon much earlier. I don't understand businesses that advertise on Groupon and not follow through. Or businesses that simply don't communicate with their customers. So disappointed. By business, honest review. The best part of the whole deal, I was able to get a full refund from Groupon. Maybe I should have read the reviews and saved myself some time and money. read more

Absolutely loved my visit here! I did the body detox wrap and steam sauna! OMG! I left feeling like new money! It was a rejuvenating experience! Very relaxing! I should have known something was right when I called there number yesterday and no one ever answered and when I left a message no one called me back. So I proceeded to make my appointment online. When I received my confirmation they said I should also receive an email. Well my appointment was this morning I never received an email. I got up early, drove to Jonesboro and I get to my destination and there is NO ONE there. I call the number on the door which is the same number I had called earlier but now Verizon Wireless comes on my phone said this number is no longer in service please check the number and call again. I purchased Groupon in January for my mom and I for Valentine's Day. I called and called and never got anyone to answer. However I went to Groupon and followed the instructions given and ended up at a website to set appointment. I did that and before we to make the visit my Groupon certificates were redeemed. I had to call Groupon and they reverse it. When I arrived in time for my appointment. I was told I was late and that my appointment was at 10am not 11am. Erica did a fantastic job in the reflexology session that I had on 11/12/19. However, when you have an appointment, I suggest that you either call or text to let them know that you are in the parking lot so they can open the door for you.
