I needed my daughters shirt for her birthday party this upcoming Saturday. I placed my order on 9/15 and still have not received a shipping confirmation - this makes week 5 since I ordered. Reached out via email on 10/13 as I cannot even find a phone number to call and they wrote me back on Monday 10/14 advising that my order shipped on 10/7 and I would be receiving 10/15. No signature on email but I replied back asking for a tracking number because the Arrive tracking app they supplied still does not show my order having shipped and I did not get an email confirming shipment. This is a horrible place. I had the worst customer experience when I tried to order a shirt for my daughter's birthday. I emailed them originally asking for information. I got a nasty response saying that it was custom work and would take 2-3 weeks to ship. No other information provided. When I responded with how they could have at least informed me of where I was in the process I was asked if I wanted them to lie to me. Their products are alluring and they appear legit however I never received the t shirt. They claimed his e mail it had been shipped and offered a replacement to date it has not been received. Well lesson learned, this company guaranteed me shirts for my son's bday party in less than 2 weeks (have the emails to prove it). When tracking my order it would say it had shipped on the 15th mind you the delivery date had to be before the 26th. I emailed about three times on the 27th and no one ever replied up until thanksgiving day. Where the person I had originally spoken to wrote back and some other customer rep did also. One email stated the order had been shipped and the ordered should have arrived. The other email stated my order hadn't shipped and that I wouldn't receive my order for another 3 to 4 weeks. When I asked the rep I had previously communicated with prior to the purchase for a tracking number and carrier all I got was the carrier. The rep claimed that the other email was incorrect but was quick to tell me he would refund me my money. I asked when exactly would I get me money back And I never heard from them again. That was about 2 months ago, and they claim it takes 2-3 weeks. However it has been over a month and she still does not have her items. When she went to check her order both orders say they were delivered a month ago and that is false, because she has none of the items. I tried calling the company for her as they are located in AZ and you get sent right to a voice mail after you press 1. No one gets back to you and you do not get your items.
