They told me in the most condescending way that even though I still had my sales invoice and Siano appliances warranty/guarantee protection plan paperwork (on the same letter head that they still use), that they could not honor the paperwork because they were under new management. -Apparently the new owners wanted to buy the Siano name but not the Siano guarantees. Apparently they wanted to buy the Siano distributors and suppliers but not supply the same customer service that came with the name. Apparently they wanted to buy a name and a company that had decades of trust and reputation but not honor the trust and reputation of the name . I feel bad for me and everyone else who over the last couple years have spent hundreds of dollars on a five-year warranty-guarantee as well as a 10 year warranty -guarantee who are about to find out that they will not only honor the warranty, but also the guarantee of getting 50% of your money back if you never have to use the warranty. This will be the first of many posts that I will make. Thanks to social media, I plan to find as many people as I can that have paid for the services and will not receive them. I will call the Better Business Bureau as well as anyone else I can to right this wrong.

Then one that was new or mostly new, with all the features. We found a GE® ENERGY STAR® 27.8 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator. Fingerprint proof stainless steal. Way less than all the other store with this same model. So far so good. It was a mess getting that into our house. All three doors had to be removed. But with some blood, sweat and tears we finically got it in there. We called them several times and they was no more than super helpful in assisting with how to remove the handles and ultimately all the doors. It's cooling and takes 24 hours to do so. Going to see if the ice will produce as well. Will be updating this review later.

The subcontractor stated he had not picked up the refrigerator yet and it would be around 4 or 4:30 before he delivered the frig. Tom called Appliance Liquidators and whoever it was that answered the phone yesterday between 2 and 2:30 pm got very rude and swore at Tom and when Tom said he was calling the Better Business Bureau was told to go ahead they get complaints from them all the time. Not a smart move on whoever the employee was. People might think the BBB is not very good but did he not realize that YELP is alive and well. Frig has a year warranty which is good because one of the crisper was broken when it was delivered. But we hope we never have to go back.

I was helped to find one in the style I wanted as well as having the features I needed and arranged for delivery. I decided a few days later to also get a washer & dryer. I called to see if I would be able to have all the appliances delivered at the same time if I came in that day. I was told yes. When I arrived I again was greeted and assisted quickly. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for again. I noticed a new fridge that I liked better than the one I had previously purchased. They were more than willing and helpful in changing my purchase to the new one! I am so thrilled with my new appliances, the service I received, and my experience in the store. I will definitely be going back next time I need an appliance!

Their prices are better than all the other places as well. Delivery and installation were fast and here is the kicker. I had not noticed a dent in the door until all the wrapping was removed. Even though they did not have to (because it's a scratch and dent discounted item) the OWNER came to my house with a NEW DOOR at no cost to me and installed it himself. The last time I got good customer service like that was in the 1970's. It's unheard of today. Do yourself a favor.
