I have contacted them three times emailed them twice and I get no response. I had to pay over $800 for this lousy appraisal that is based on lousy properties in the area and not my own home. Not sure that this is actually a valid business because you cannot get an answer from them for their lousy work. Don't pay them a dime they are not worth it. Run from this company.
