November 8, 2025. The Employee looked like, sounded like an Angel. Very lovely. I came in for a return. On a Wallet I bought on 11/02/25. At 1st it looked fine. When I took off the sticker. It left a residue of glue. So I went in today for a return. And with my receipt that does say. All sales final. Which the Original Cashier Cat. Did Not inform me about. And I did not know until today for my return. So Today. I showed the cashier the wallet and the residue of glue. And asked for a cash return. Which was how I paid. Of course most are Charging for purchases. She looked at the wallet saw the glue. Then showed me the receipt with All Sales Final. And said I can't return it. Noted. I Know she's doing what the Owner says. I Send My apology to her. So she went in the back to get the owner, She came out and I Knew Immediately she was Not gona Budge on "Her Policy" She Knows Most of What She Sells is Low Quality Landfill Material. The lady behind the counter who helped me was super friendly and nice. And she wrapped what I bought with a lot of care. I wish I lived in Ashland and could visit them more often. I bought a few of their beautiful leather bookmarks for myself, but they're going so fast because everyone loves them and wants one!
