I never feel any pain when he gives numbing shots, and he often will ask if I need a break while working on longer procedures. He explains what he is doing while he's working as well, which helps me understand what's going on with different sounds, etc. He corrected a bridge that I have had for over 25 years and replaced it with a beautiful, natural looking bridge that makes me happy to smile again! I also needed a crown replaced and that looks natural and nice, too! My periodontist in Medford said she thinks he's the finest "general dentist" she knows. That goes a long way with me and supports my experience as well! All the staff is kind and friendly, and will help with complicated insurance matters too - which is such a help for me! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I've been wearing partials on an off for the past 10 years and use to wearing only lowers or only uppers depending on what in my mouth was bothering me. I figured this was an intermediary lower denture and in 6 months to a year after being evaluated post extractions we would see where we would be at. I understand she was not confident in our plan and didn't not want to help. But I think if you had told me this instead of starting to mold my mouth for dentures and rambling on about how wrong this all was: was not necessary. Plus, your mentioning of yours and your husbands nursing back round. Which I am also an x-nurse. But I actually worked in the field for close to 3 decades. It seemed we ended up getting both very worked up. You are really no longer a practicing licensed nurse, are you? I don't think that works for your advantage. I think if you cared about the people who enter your business, access the written order first, make your mind up and then act. Don't start an impression on the person before your mind is made up. You were asking me questions putting me on the defensive and expecting me to respond while I had an impression in my mouth. I don't believe that was fair treatment. I came home and Blood pressure was thorough the roof. Realized my Ativan prescription was really outdated and now I have an appointment with my primary physician. When I initially called your office, I explained to Chris over the phone what the referral was about. You've been in the business for 4 decades you haven't run across this type of request before? I would think with your years of experience you would have handled the situation better. But that's up to you. It's your business. Like I said, you didn't have to take impressions of my mouth. Your feelings should have been discussed prior to impression taking. How exactly you ended the meeting with me, I do not recall. But you and I disagreed and I belief that's how it ended and you could not help me and my check was returned. No worries we won't be seeing each other again. Best Wishes.

She said she tried to call my insurance ahead of time, but didn't have the PIN number on my card. Well, duh....why not call me and get it? I realize the medical industry really doesn't care about the patient any more, but there is no excuse for this. I have no idea if Dr. Bodman is good. I will never see him and I will not recommend him because of his lame and inconsiderate office staff.

She was able to get me in the same day I called because of a cancelation. This place is super cool. The high ceilings and fireplace make this place feel historical. Super clean and inviting. I was taken into the testing room to see if there were any issues with my eyes. Light tests and pictures were taken. The lady who did the testing was super nice. It took about 20 minutes and then I went into another room to wait for the doctor. Dr. Douglas Walker was amazing. Super friendly and answered all my questions about my eye. I guess wonkey problems happen with age. At least it's nothing serious and I don't have a eye tumor or something. I made another appointment in a few weeks to get my eyes dilated to make sure there aren't any unseen problems. So yes, eye will be back!
