Last season when I asked about the lack of heat I was told that it causes condensation that drips from the ceiling onto the Courts and makes them unsafe. I responded - then put some money into your business. The heat did come on later in the morning - and the team needed to keep a towel handy to dry up wet areas in the court. The Hoop has a upstairs area that is closed off so there is no room for the teams to hang out together or have snacks indoors. The lobby is over crowded and undesirable. The parking lot has new RV rules every time we go. The first time we parked our RV in the front lot (NO issues). 2nd time, we pulled into the front and staff asked us to move to the far back parking lot behind the entrance. 3rd time we went, we parked in the far back parking lot and the staff asked us to move to the overflow parking! The overflow parking is another buildings parking lot up the road. Ridiculous! We bring our RV because there is no room inside for the teams to eat and no one wants to walk 1/2 mile up the road. The Hoop is horrible. I plan on writing the volleyball tournament coordinators at CEVA and express the need to use a different venue.

She gives lots of options if you have any problems and is happy to talk with you after class to give suggestions for modifications. I believe she is the instructor for the Silver Sneakers class as well which is for seniors or people with less mobility. I have tried yoga with Fenny and it's a good class but not really yoga in my opinion. She uses lots of different things like bands and hand weights and paper plates and stuff, I feel like her class would be a great fit for someone who is just looking for a light guided exercise class. I have yet to try the other yoga classes, because they're really early in the morning, but I'll make it one of these days! Jake the manager is very amiable and helpful if you have any questions, keep in mind they are only staffed during the day though. I do really enjoy that it's 24hrs, because I like to go when no one is there so I can try things out that I'm not the most confident with yet. My only complaint is that I wish that it was a little more clean at this location. The women's locker room especially, often you'll see cobwebs hanging and greasy fingerprints all over the lockers. Nothing super gross, just needs a little more attention I think. Overall this is a very decent, affordable gym with a good variety of equipment and classes!

My daughter has continually been harassed surrounding the mask issue(even though she has exercise induced asthma as proven by a doctor's note, and several other people weren't wearing masks and weren't singled out as she was). Then there's the association with them as though we feel privileged to be able to be associated with them. Frankly I am now embarrassed to admit that. You pay a good chunk of money, which is non refundable, and now that there isn't a season happening they won't give people their money back. Keep stringing people along.
