That's a tall order to compete with. Well, maybe I can get some edge by stating I am in my 70s, so I have more years than most here of hiring services. And a wide, wide spectrum of good to awful experiences. Maybe I can emphasize that we had just finished a remodel and had new wood floors upon which they were to assemble a very heavy mechanical bed lift. From the start, I felt confidence in them. They are strong as can be, they are "present", i.e. you can tell they are listening to you, they are highly intelligent, and I soon had no concern about the floor getting scratched. Used them twice, once for general debris disposal and once for concrete disposal. The first time was a relatively good experience. They did charge us more than the original flat rate due to a higher weight charge, but we decided to give them a try again because they were responsive. However, using them for concrete ended up costing 3x more than any other bids we had received and much more than was verbally quoted, very disappointing. Next time I will use Washington county drop box or similar service to avoid the headache and have more transparent pricing. read more
