Her first pediatrician was Dr. Audrey Unrau. She's now retired, but she provided excellent care for our little one, and now we find the same level of care and assurance with Dr. Rosborough. We've also come in to see a few other doctors and nurses for issues that needed immediate attention and all are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It is rare that we experience long wait times, but the very few times we do, we were updated and given options to reschedule or stay. Our kiddo is very shy and doesn't easily warm up to new people and places at first. Both Dr. Unrau and Dr. Rosborough knew how to interact with our little one, making her feel comfortable while carrying on with exams. They're extremely patient and offer excellent advice. I never feel rushed with the list of questions I present them nor do I feel pressured to do anything I don't feel comfortable giving or practicing with my family. I've been able to get my kid in immediately when something like a mysterious rash suddenly pops up. I value the after-hours service too. Care shouldn't be limited to business hours and that's something they recognize. Talking to their nurses after hours has been very helpful in that they provide knowledgeable advice, assurance, and are able to schedule immediate appointments if necessary. The nurses are very patient. When my daughter was a young toddler, she was VERY fearful of the weight scales and height measurement ruler, and I really liked that nurses like Mia (sp?) were very understanding and patient. She told me she wanted to create positive experiences for my kid at the doctor's office, so she didn't want to push it too much with the eye and hearing tests before our exam. She offered other alternatives and offered another time to have it done. The rooms are bright and fun. The waiting room has fun fish tanks that my daughter always remembers and looks forward to seeing. We haven't experienced any rude staff and were never made to feel like we were another patient. We appreciate the level of care here and would recommend this place to others looking for a good care team for their kids. Other things worth mentioning: they have a great team of psychologists for all ages. When we needed some help with behavior regarding tantrums, potty training, and mealtime, Dr. Collin Dean provided very insightful advice to help us understand the developmental changes going on with our toddler. I highly recommend him.

Not only will they work with you on general issues, they are so thoughtful, patient and kind that they'll take the time to get to the bottom of specific issues, too. Doctor Pickworth is the best doctor I've ever had the privilege of seeing. She is authentically compassionate, understanding and takes time to help you fully understand, think through solutions, and truly work with you, where you're at. I was able to address an issue under her care almost immediately after having worked (and failed) for years under the care of another doctor. So grateful that I found this clinic. All of the staff are so wonderful and cheery, and like I said, Pickworth is the best. Seriously, haven't ever thought I could be excited about doctor's appointments, but here we are. Thank you to the team at NW Integrative. Y'all ROCK.

On August 5, 2024, and October 18, 2024, Dr. Mary Miller asked my wife and me if we wanted our daughter to receive the hepatitis B vaccine. I remember the conversation vividly because Dr. Miller shared with my wife and I that she was going through a divorce. We explicitly told Dr. Miller that we did NOT want our daughter to receive this vaccine at that time. We did, however, consent to other vaccines, including Polio, DTaP, Hib, Pneumococcal Conjugate, and Rotavirus. During the week of June 23, 2025, my wife and I requested Penelope's vaccine records from Olson Pediatrics because her daycare required them. To our dismay, the records showed that Penelope was given the hepatitis B vaccine on August 5, 2024, and December 18, 2024, despite our clear refusal. On June 30, 2025, at 12:54 PM, my wife called Olson Pediatrics and spoke with a staff member named Hillary to inquire if this was a clerical error, as we had declined the hepatitis B vaccine. Hillary confirmed that it was not a clerical error and stated that the office had no record of our refusal of the hepatitis B vaccine. We are deeply concerned about this breach of trust and intend to file a formal complaint with the Oregon Department of Health and other relevant oversight agencies regarding Olson Pediatrics' actions. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

The pre…read moresurgery appointments all went well, the rooms are nice, and most important, they have a great ventilation system. This is critical which in preventing the spread of airborn bacteria, the main reason I drive this far for the surgeries. Recently had my hip replaced and had worked out prior with my doctor and insurance, that when I as released the nurses would facilitate the necessary home care and PT. Even though I did everything possible to ensure this was arranged prior, when I was released, there was a never ending conversation, disagreement and push back Between the nurses, surgical assistant, PT and OT. Unbelievably upsetting for me who was being released and going home to an empty house! The agency they selected, without telling me there were other options, only provided PT and OT, no home service care which was the top priority. Home service meant help with showering, getting up, light meals. To make matters worse, it took the agency they chose several days to call me, then sent over an evaluator first, and it was this person who finally explained that they don't provide the service I needed! He went on to explain that other agencies did and that I had a choice. At this point, I was 8 days post surgery!!!! So the care I needed then, was no longer needed when I was given this info. And if I decided to go with another agency, it would take several days to submit the order and wait for another evaluator. Then more days to receive care. Come on, Legacy, do better! You only cared about me while I was in your facility and your goal was to get me released regardless of my post surgery needs. It was your job to facilitate this, to let me know I had options and let me choose the option that best met my needs so that I had the proper care for the best recovery. Now that I am educated from having gone through this experience, I will make sure anyone I know who requires this assistance is armed with the information. Thanks to the kindness of neighbors who came Over every morning, noon, and night - helping me up, bringing me food, staying in my house while I showered - I got through those first really hard days and I'm on my way to recovery.

I simply asked the clinic to hold my account until the matter was resolved, but instead of showing patience or compassion, I was discharged as a patient and accused of being verbally insulting. The reality is that I have only been treated rudely and unfairly by the clinic staff. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me has added significant and unnecessary stress while I am already navigating postpartum recovery and caring for my baby. Patients deserve compassion and respect, not to be dismissed during an ongoing insurance investigation. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and mistreated, and I hope no other patient has to go through what I have. Response : I am disappointed by the clinic's response. My reviews reflect my actual experiences as a patient and are not "harassment." The billing issue relates to an ongoing error with OHP, and I have been instructed not to pay until it is resolved. I have never engaged in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, and I find it concerning that such examples were suggested in connection with me. I hope this matter can be addressed with professionalism and respect.
