It was my first time coming to this location based on local mom reviews. The service was extremely quick which was the first red flag. I got eye classic lash extensions, eyebrow wax and henna tint and everything was done in less than 1 hour. I was told not to wet my face for 48 hours and no contacts. Which I followed. That night some lashes started to shed. After the 48 hours I washed my lashes with lash foaming wash and a special brush for this. I used a fan and the brush they gave me to brush/ fluff them out. Many lashes came off that day. Every single day lashes come off which is to be expected but my own lashes are also falling off with them and now my own lashes are almost non existent. I have never had this happen at other salons. I know lashes are supposed to fall off but not at this level. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend.

So I was a little nervous when calling to make my appointment. I walked in at my scheduled time and after meeting Mai...my fears were quickly put to rest. Mai really looked at my lashes, told me what she would be doing and got to work. She was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. The process was painless and my eyelashes looked great! I come back two weeks later for my fill and again...my lashes looked awesome. The following day I went to an appointment at different place for my eyebrows. The technician put pressure on the one eye which caused a few lashes to come out. So I contacted Dolled Up Studio to ask what charge would be to fill in just a few lashes on the one eye. They graciously offered to do it at no charge. Which was a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about Dolled Up studio and especially Mai! Making an appointment was easy online and you get text confirmation almost right away. Mai is excellent! She does such quality work and genuinely wants you to be happy with the end result. I enjoyed going to Palm Beach quite a few times and bought lots of merchandise from them as well. Went in tonight to be told my sessions expired in September. I had about 6 sessions left of the high level bed and 20 spray tans left. Malibu Tan never expired so I didn't think Palm Beach would. They should have told me and communicated that when they took over my account. Now I'm out all the money I spent on my tanning sessions and lotions that I bought there. Can I buy more, sure I can.
