I received a facial from Olivia on October 2nd, and shortly afterward, I started to break out very badly. I have never had issues with breakouts before, but my forehead and the right side of my face were significantly affected. I believe I was recommended the wrong type of facial. I booked a Signature Hydra Facial but expressed my concerns to Olivia, stating that I wasn't sure I needed it since my skin wasn't in bad condition. She insisted that I go ahead with it. I typically opt for a custom facial without any issues. Since the facial, I've had to spend money on a dermatologist to help restore my skin to normal. I also tried the exfoliator she recommended, but I discontinued its use because I feel it made my skin worse. When I mentioned the exfoliator to others, they advised against using that type of product on our skin. I suspect Olivia recommended a more expensive facial and a $30 exfoliator simply to earn more money; I can't think of any other reason for her recommendation. In total, I spent about $270 here, and now I'm spending even more at the dermatologist for their inadequate treatment. I have decided that I will not return to this establishment and would recommend that others exercise caution when considering a visit.

During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.
