The salon is really nice, very clean and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, they do not do a good job of managing their customer flow. I signed in and then sat with my feet in water for half an hour. They took customers who had arrived after me and would skip all over the place. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't complain but when she tried to skip me again because someone else got tired of waiting, I put my foot down. I soaked for 30 minutes and almost left because I had not been helped. I then asked for a basic pedicure (which includes a foot and leg massage) and I never once got my feet massaged and barely my legs - the main reason I came in the first place. I was then told I could pay extra for more massage time and I thought this was hilarious as I never got what I paid for in the first place so why would I pay extra? I will not be returning as this is not the first time I've been disappointed with my service here. I get a gel manicure and it lasts for three weeks. She has always been able to see me, even when I call the day that I want to go in. They have several nail stations, as well as pedicure stations. I've been here twice, once by myself and again today with my mom, sister and daughter. I love this place for a lot of reasons. 1. Because they don't use all the stinky chemicals this place smells great! Additionally, the whole place is clean and well designed. They have LOTS of pedicure chairs. 2. The staff is super nice. From both my of visits it was clear they have regular customers that they treat like friends; I appreciate that touch. 3. The snacks & drinks! I love that they offer a variety and that wine is one of the options :) 4. The kids chairs are the best. Even if you don't have kids, you have to appreciate that these even exist. My 3 and a half year old got her first mani/pedi here and it was the perfect place. They even offered to add a little flower, no charge. I've been to several nail salons in the Georgetown/RR area and this place definitely tops my list! NOTE: They will be moving locations in the near future. My regular nail place is unavailable for 2 weeks, so I had to go someplace new. I picked Organic. It was not a great experience. 1st, there was a dead bird on the sidewalk in front of the salon. I told the owner and their solution was to just kick it into the flower bed. She should have called the maintenance company to pick it up. My first impression is that the place is busy, crowded and small and there are products everywhere. The station I sat at was dirty with someone else's water and snack basket. My technician was like a robot. Very fast but little attention to detail on my SNS manicure. She cut my nails too short and then filed them in the wrong shape. It was clear that she does the exact same thing for everyone, regardless of what they want. The overall impression is that they want to get people in and out as fast as possible. There was very little interaction at any of the stations and little personal service. My nails are adequate. Thankfully, they will grow out. Oh, and Organic SNS is $10 more than other salons in the area. Not worth it at all. I don't understand the hype. read more

I have been going to organic nails for several months now. Kelly has been my technician. She helped me avoid a color disaster by helping me choose the right color for my skin tone. Her polishing skills are off the charts good. I love her. She is very professional and really knows her stuff. I also had her do my eyebrows. She is a skin care specialist and I was extremely happy with the results. She waxed my eyebrows and then dyed them. I didnt have to color in my brows for over a month. The dye covered up all the gray and looked great. The pedicure she did was incredible. I definately recommend the hot stone milk and honey massage. The lady took off her mask half way through my pedicure, was coughing all over me (with no mask) and refused to put gel on my toenails (I couldn't understand why but I just went with it.) She made my toenail bleed because she cut them so short, then I was left to sit there to let the polish dry and was left there for 45 minutes until I got up and left because I was tired of waiting for the massage. So I went in to get a manicure and pedicure for me and my 2 daughters less than 1 week ago. The girl working on my toes my toes very square. I told her I wanted them rounded and she had it all the way down in the center and a lot longer on the sides. I had to tell her multiple times to fix it and she seemed really annoyed that I told her this. Also She kept asking if I wanted to upgrade to use shellac on my nails. She kept repeating herself saying it will last a lot longer if you get it. So I did the extra upgrade and the nail polish did not even last a week. I was so disappointed in my experience. I got a mid grade pedicure(42.00) and it lasted about 20 minutes with minimal massage and callous removal. I love a good pedicure and this WAS NOT it. I came home and the paint is so thin that you can see my nail. My SNS was ok. I was disappointed there wasn't any massage and that it was 10.00 more than my normal place. When I told the manager that I thought they were very expensive and I didn't feel that I got my money's worth, she responded that next time I should ask for a different person. Possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. The process was fine, what was not fine is that after putting on the top coat she put another coat of color on, had me sit for 5 minutes and I was out the door. I didn't sit under a light, didn't get a spray. Nothing. I noticed that my right foot was all messed up as I was putting my shoes on. (I had not put on any shoes and what I did put on were flip flops). I touched my right big toe and it was still wet. I don't have time to go over and get it fixed before my event tonight. It's now 2 hours after I was there and MY TOE IS STILL WET. My whole right foot is smeared. I had heard of this place from a friend and I guess she has had better luck...perhaps because she is a regular. But you can bet that I won't be! Tomorrow I will have to go to my regular place and get the polish changed out. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Waited about 15 minutes before someone came to see me. Nails look great (which is the only thing that kept me from giving a 1 Star) but when it was time for my eyebrow wax, the lady started giving me a lip wax which I did not ask for. I have been to this salon twice a month for a while now. Sometimes, its great and I've left very happy. Other times, I've left with my heels shaved off and sore for days. I had a gift certificate so I used it to pop in for a shellac color change. I called ahead to make sure my gift certificate would cover the entire amount and was informed that the service would be $20. But when I checked out it was $25. Not too big of a deal but my experience had not been pleasant. First, the place was nearly abandoned and I stood at the front waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. A woman took me back to a chair, threw down 6 rings of sample nail colors, and walked off. Another woman sat down to start removing my existing shellac color but she didn't speak.....through my entire service. Even when asking her questions about various colors and if they were full color or transparent she just kept saying, "what do you like?" Next, while I was picking my color and while my shellac was being soaked off, the woman doing my nails started using the nail file she had just used on me. She then started using this file on MY nails before I pulled away in horror. As if this wasn't enough, my shellac color didn't even last 24 hours before it started chipping. What a waste! Overall I feel like my business wasn't appreciated because I had a gift certificate and because I was just doing a color change. If I can't have a positive experience with something as simple as that how could I ever have a good experience with more invasive? read more
