I happened to stumble on this place through Yelp and boy am I happy I did! They have parking in the back which I didn't know about so I parked across the street and played frogger to get there haha. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was immediately greeted by Cody and he sat me down right away and heard what I had to say and listened to what I wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He soaked my nails and wrapped them in foil then told me his wife Yen would be taking care of me. She came right to where I was and listened to what I needed and did it right away! The cost was so affordable and I will definitely come back here! I have already showed off my nails and recommended this place to some people and it has only been an hour! Thank you Yen Nail N' Spa, I am so happy! The vibe was wonderful and everyone was super friendly, HIGHLY recommend.

So I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter and granddaughter for SNS nails for the Thanksgiving holidays while they were in town. We also had my baby granddaughter with us. Our experience was good very nice and clean and thoughtful. My daughter had her nails done first then he did me. the only thing was he kinda rushed through mine because my baby granddaughter was starting to cry a lot it was feeding time. He was doing a good job but had cut my cuticles several times. Which made my fingers hurt for a few days. Not a big deal. The job he did was really good and looks awesome. I finally stopped by here to get a pedicure- walked in a little before 6:00 pm- they close at 7:00pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were so nice and accommodating, sat me in a chair right away and only had to wait a few minutes before Annie joined me and performed magic on my already very short toenails.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I so appreciate that they don't use the cheese graters and use the pumice stone instead. I was able to also squeeze in a quick manicure and bonus- Annie gave one of the best shoulder massages I've ever had! Pricing was very reasonable for a regular mani/pedi. They are in my neighborhood, which is even better. Will definitely be back here! read more

I decided on a whim to get my nails done before going on vacation. I read reviews on here, Google, Facebook, etc and decided to give Yen a try. I was able to get an appointment with Cody for the next day. (The fact that it was midweek helped.) The salon was very neat and clean. All the employees were wearing masks. Cody did a fabulous job and was very gentle. A week later and my nails still look wonderful. I will definitely be back! read more

They are typically better at it if they enjoy it. My tech Rosie did a great job on my nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only complaint is she didn't speak much English and seemed very unhappy, overworked possibly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's very clean and organized. Not a fan of the Asian music they have on loop there. Also pedicure chairs seemed really old and making annoying squeaking sounds while on. Not very relaxing. Over all it was a decent experience I liked my nails. But just not my type of place. read more

Came to Gtown 2 years ago. Tried SEVERAL Nail Salons in the area. NONE of them knew how to deal with nails that lift and each one of them shockingly unprofessional. Yen Nails and Spa hands down are the most customer oriented, professionals charging fair prices in the entire area. Cody does my nails and Tammy does my pedicures. They are perfectionists that care about their quality of work and clients. Grateful to have finally found them, believe me. The whole team of Techs there are phenomenal! read more

So upset, i went in with my little one about 2 and half weeks ago. We all got mani's & pedis, it was a fun treat for my young daughter. That same day, my little one started complaining about her toe hurting. I thought maybe it was because they had cut her toe nail to short. A couple of days later her mail started to get yellow and crusty. Several days after that it started blistering regardless of me applying all kinds of things on it. Since it was getting worse i made a doctors appointment and the doctor confirmed that it was infected and could've been from a infected tool being used on her. Well now it makes sense because her nail was cut entirely to short and the older lady that was doing her pedicure seemed really frustrated since my little one kept wiggling around after her toe nails got painted. I have been to this place several times and i just can't stress it enough, regardless of how clean it looks unless they're disinfecting their tools correctly it can become a huge problem. read more

UPDATE: Lisa isn't there anymore, but I've seen Diane a few times now and she does a great job as well with the SNS nails. Just moved to the area and have been trying to find a new nail place. I tried another place a couple of weeks ago and didn't like how my nails came out. Lisa fixed them up. She did ombré with SNS and did a great job. My nails are nice and thin how I like them. I will definitely be back to see her. read more

This was my first visit to Yen Nail N' Spa. I had the best experience. Everyone was very nice, and I can tell the owners have built a community with their clientele. I live out of town and chose this place because they state they take walk ins. Upon being asked if I have an appointment the owner rolled his eyes and acted as though I was an inconvenience. I chose to take my business elsewhere as attitude usually translates into the quality of work that will be completed. read more

I have been to this shop several times. This shop is friendly, delivers consistently good results, and has a great nail polish selection. It is a little pricier than some other nail salons, so if budget is your primary concern, keep that in mind. I'd personally rather pay a little extra and get quality, consistency and a friendly atmosphere. read more

I had a pedicure and dip nails done today and the service was outstanding! I felt very safe with the Covid precautions that are being taken at Yen Nail N' Spa-you must wear a mask and everyone inside who works there is masked correctly, they request you wash your hands immediately upon entering and you need to have an appointment prior to coming in. I have a latex allergy and they have latex free gloves available as well for the nail techs to use. I believe that my nail tech was Diana (I apologize if I got her name wrong) and she did an amazing job and she was really great to chat with. I haven't had my nails done in over 5 years and she did just as I asked, keeping them short since I work on a computer all day and I can't stand the 'clicking' noise of long nails. I will definitely be back! Thank you again to all of the staff at Yen Nail N' Spa! Happy Holidays to you all. read more

This is the best nail salon EVER. They always do an awesome job and treat us like family. You can always count on Cody referring to all clients as boss. The spa is super clean and everyone is super friendly. Nicolas is my go to guy! You can't go wrong with anyone else but I just love Nicolas. He treats everyone with great respect, makes sure you're getting exactly what you want - even when you're not sure. BUYER BEWARE! I went to RENEW MED SPA (Georgetown, Tx)…read morebecause I wanted to lose weight. Everything was fine until I realized that it wasn't. I signed up for the 4 month program for $999. That included one injection each week for 16 weeks. They asked if I wanted the injections given at the clinic or would I give them to myself at home. Because I lived 30 minutes away and knew how to give injections, I asked that they give me the first one in the clinic and I would inject the rest weekly at home. I also asked as I was leaving the office if I owed any more money. They said no, the $999 I had paid was for the 4 month program. Also, was specifically told NOT to follow the amounts to be taken each week as specified on the vial from the pharmacy, but instead to follow their written amounts in the directions they gave me. The written amounts were more than the amounts specified on the vial from the pharmacy which I now realize was intentional to make me run out of product before my program finished. Well, after the first month, I realized that something about the vial quantity wasn't right. It didn't look like it was going to last 4 months. So, I called and was told that I misunderstood about how much to take. Hmm? I was shown 25 on syringe when "whoever" gave me my first injection. So, that is what I was injecting 25 units a week for the first month. Just saying the syringes are marked for "mg" and "units". It was not clarified during my first injection appointment that I was supposed to be following UNITS, not MG. Also, the UNITS word is at the base of the syringe and unless you know its there, you can't see it. When they told me that "I" had misunderstood and was only supposed to be taking 10 units a week for the first month. Okay, I agreed to back off on my injection amounts to even them out to what my written instructions said. I would be back on the correct dosage by the 3rd week (40 units a week) of the 3rd month of the 4 month program. In their written instructions, the vial I got that was supposed to carry me through 4 months only carried me through 3 months (280 UNITS). That meant that I was going to have to go in for a refill for my final month. Written instructions from RMS called for: 1st Month = 10 Units a Week = 40 Units 2nd Month = 20 Units a Week = 80 Units 3rd Month = 40 Units a Week = 160 Units 4th Month = 70 Units a Week = 280 Units TOTAL UNITS = 560 Units = 4 Month Program Pharmacy dosage on vial called for: 1st Month = 9 Units a Week = 36 Units 2nd Month = 18 Units a Week = 72 Units 3rd Month = 36 Units a Week = 144 Units 4th Month = 60 Units a Week = 240 Units TOTAL UNITS = 492 Units = 4 Month Program A difference of 68 UNITS!!!! My original vial only held 280 Units. When I called back for a refill on the bottle for the last month of the program, I was told that would be another $999 but because of the original miscommunication, Kacey told me she would take $100 off. So, now I am understanding that I have to pay another $899 ($999-$100) for the final month of my program when I was told on the first day that what I had paid covered the entire 4 month program. I told her that I did not need another 3 month vial. I only wanted to finish out my original 4 month program. When I received the vial for my remaining month, it was 1/4 the size of my original vial. So now do I follow instructions on the vial (pharmacy instructions said 32 Units each week for a month) or written instructions from RENEW MED SPA (70 Units each week for my final month)? I am taking pictures of everything in this last month and also I have kept written records of everything. I suggest that if you do use them. Get a written estimate before you pay anything showing a written breakdown of how many units are in each vial and exactly how long it will take you to go through that vial per their directions. Also, have a breakdown of how many units that $999 covers. In hindsight, I would also ask them why you should follow their directions and not the pharmacy's directions. Also, make them give you the injections. When I talked to Kacey (the owner) about the 1st month's miscommunication and told her that I had kept records of my injection amounts and dates taken, her exact words were, " Well, those injections weren't given here in the office so how do I know those amounts are correct?" In other words, she called me a liar! Now, just an FYI, I taught Business Practices and Ethics for 28 years so I am very precise in keeping my records.

I called to discuss what happened and got their voicemail again. I left a voicemail for their manager to call me back and received a called from Julie a couple days later telling me she'd speak to Ben the owner about it. I sent them a screenshot of my call log, so they could see I made the calls. Julie called back to inform me that there's nothing they could do about it, except offer me half off a couples massage. Julie added they have had issues with their phone systems, but didn't know the dates they were having issues. If you are having issues with your phone system that's not my fault. You should take accountability and make it right for the customer. If you don't have a receptionist to answer calls and you have known phone system issues you need to provide others ways of booking/canceling appointments.

This was my second visit to Ten Nail Spa. Both times I got a pedicure and this time I also got a manicure. I'll start with the manicure. I have natural strong and long nails. I have only had 2 manicures in my life because I do not like how my nails and paint look when a mail shop does them. Yesterday, that changed. Cindy did my manicure and it is PERFECT! She trimmed my nails to the perfect length, shaped them beautifully and the polish job was flawless. I will definitely let her do another manicure!!! The pedicures.... Oh my! This place is the best nail salon I think I have been to. They act so maturely when there is an issue with another customer. They did my nails so good I am very happy with my nails. My brother tagged along with me and my sister when we went to get out nails done and he got a pedicure while he was sitting there waiting and he was sooo relaxed. He kept on talking about how good it felt and how good they massaged him. Cody is one of my favorites just because he is soo kind and caring and he makes sure your happy with your nails and if your not then he will fix them until you are happy with them. The employees were ju just so kind and generous they would ask you if you needed anything to drink and just making sure re your were happy with yourself.... I highly recommend this place.! read more

Very pleasant, yet professional staff and super clean no chemical smells building...here's something that stands out with me, they "genuinely appreciate your business!". So many places don't truly care these days, SIGH; so unfortunate and discouraging. These nice people are pleasant to be around and gave me my best pedi and mani e-v-e-r. From the clean and stylish environment, to the wonderful service, Yen Nail N' Spa is now the main salon I will be frequenting for all future manicures and pedicures. I took my mother for a spa day and we were thoroughly pampered by the team and were not only relaxed, we have beautiful fingers and toes to show for it! I have been to plenty of nail salons but this one is the absolute BEST. The people there are so kind. With my job I get off work pretty late (5:00ish) and they never hesitate to take me. It's also so relaxing. Each time I go I get a free glass of wine or water, the massage with the pedicure always feels good, and they will also massage your shoulders and neck after a manicure! I feel extremely relaxed and happy when I leave. Plus my nails also look great and stay on for a while! I look forward to the next time I go! read more
