Then he had the audacity to ask me if I want lotion at the end of my gel manicure! I was so upset I just asked for oil on my cuticles and left. No massage, nothing. They make you feel rushed and if ask for them to make an adjustment on their work then they treat you different. I am referring to multiple people because I have been in twice with someone and poor service across the board for all of us. I've been coming to this salon for two years, but the manager's behavior has made me decide to take my and my mother's business elsewhere. On multiple visits, she has been dismissive and rude. She has rolled her eyes at me, ignored my greetings, and during my last visit, was abrupt and dismissive when I made a simple mistake checking in. I was disappointed with the service I received. When I booked my appointment, I specifically requested a particular technician for my pedicure, but that request was not honored. The front desk staff member was also very unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately. Unfortunately, the technician who performed my pedicure did not seem professional either. The massage portion of the service was especially unsatisfactory, with very little pressure, and it felt as though she lacked the energy or effort expected during the treatment. I booked an appointment online with a specific person for builder gel fill. Got to my appointment and front desk could care less. Said oh well, guess the request for someone specific didn't come through online, we put you with someone else. Ok. The person I had decided they were going to take off my builder gel, didn't tell me that's what they were going to do, nor did they say it would be an extra charge. This was my second appointment for builder gel, so I didn't know that that wasn't a normal thing. Then charged for a full set of builder gel on top of that. Front desk ended up taking off the charge for the removal and full set and just charged for the fill that I booked, but were extremely rude about it. read more

had a really disappointing experience here. The service felt extremely rushed, and my gel manicure was poorly done. It was very thick and uneven. It started peeling off just two days later. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The staff spoke over us the entire time. What bothered me most, though, was a comment made at the end of our visit. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience. I initially came in for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows turned out very well, and the pedicure was relaxing and exactly what I requested. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was very disappointing. During the manicure, the technician, Linda, used an e-file to remove my cuticles. I informed her multiple times that it was painful, but the tool continued to be used. Additionally, my nails were not shaped evenly, so none of them matched. The polish color was also not what I requested--I had asked for my nails to match my toes, but the color was noticeably different. When I left the salon, two nails had visible bubbles and two others felt rough to the touch. Within three days, two of the nails had cracked. I called the salon and requested a full replacement manicure. I was told this would be possible and scheduled an appointment. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they would not be providing a full replacement manicure. After explaining the issues I experienced, I decided instead to have the gel removed and requested a refund. The receptionist hesitated and informed me that a refund would not be provided. During the removal process, an e-file was again used before soaking my nails, and the remaining polish was scraped off using a cuticle tool. Afterward, I washed my hands and left the salon. Later that day, I called and asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation and again requested a refund. I was told that managers are not allowed to provide refunds. I then requested that the owner contact me. After several conversations with the manager and asking that my information be passed along, I was told the owner declined to take my information or speak with me and that I would not be receiving a refund. As a result of this experience, my nails are now extremely damaged, sore, and have visible burns. Several of my nails have torn down significantly. I simply wanted a properly done manicure, and when it was not done correctly, I expected the situation to be addressed appropriately. Got a full GelX set done on Saturday & by Tuesday 2 nails popped clean off. I got one repaired with no issue, but after the second one came off I'm just done with the back & forth. Shouldn't be paying $70+ for work that comes off in TWO DAYS. As seen on other reviews, whoever owns this salon doesn't mind the negative reviews & doesn't make an effort to make things right. I absolutely love this nail salon it has been one of the best ones that I have found as far as services go and the quality , only negative review I have is there pricing has significantly increased recently and there's additional charges such as removing acrylic or SNS is now a charge. It feels somewhat like the nail techs are rushing to get your nails done as quickly as possible. (I wish I could remember the name of the pedicure tech & I left her a great tip, as deserved). However, after finishing my pedicure at 2:50 PM, I was asked to wait for my manicure. This is pretty normal. BUT - I waited about 25 minutes while walk-in clients were taken before me, despite my scheduled appointment. Due to the wait, I chose to check out & leave after just the pedicure. I understand that salons get busy, but appointment clients should be prioritized over walk-ins. I had Trudy, i got a pedicure and manicure. She was rushing and felt pretty rough on my toes she was very fast with it and when she was doing my cuticles she was going until they almost bled. It hurt so bad.For my nails I like them for the most part but she did terrible on filing them they are so rough on the top I had to go home and file them so they were smooth and not going to cut nobody. I also was not asked by any of the staff if i liked a drink or not, I'm not one to speak up so I didn't say anything and I sat there thirsty for the whole 2 hours and 30 minutes I was there. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service that I just received from this place was terrible and unacceptable. As a repeat customer who comes here every 6-8weeks, I am more than dissatisfied. The customer service has gone down drastically. The only reason they received business is because it was the only nail salon nearby, which is changing soon thankfully. It is unacceptable to have a customer sit for 20 minutes waiting for my nails to be finished after a pedicure without a single employee say anything to me. I was not notified that they were backed up, I literally sat at the manicure table waiting for someone to finish my nails. Other customers were sat and being serviced, while I still continued to wait. The manager is incompetent and only offered a "sorry" she did nothing to make it right and accused me of threatening her because I told her that this was unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this place at all unless you want to leave disappointed. This establishment will never see another dollar from me. Helen cut my toes way too short a couple weeks ago and insisted on my toe having to regrow out on its own after I told her not to. I just wanted my toes to be trimmed and a fresh pedicure. Went to the doctor today and was told I have foot fungus now from how short it was cut. Will not be back. I have been here so many times and had no issue so just be aware and don't let them cut your toes too short or you might end up with an ingrown/ foot fungus. read more

Example: I asked for acrylics and they did a manicure, however as a new place I was excited they were taking care of my cuticles and didn't realize until they brought the paint out. Another time I asked for nail polish and got attitude for not wanting gel. I got acrylics and a fill, on my second fill my fingers started feeling tight under my nails, as if I was losing feeling in the top part of my finger pad. Then my fingers started peeling from under my nails. I went to another place for a while and had zero problems. I went back as I needed my nails done for a last minute event and my new place was booked. I got a dip manicure, and I am having the same thing happen to my fingers. I came in with existing gel polish on my toes and the pedicure technician proceeded to drill the color off my toenails, wasn't too thrilled about that but my fault for not saying anything.
