I decline and show them that the peeling is happening on all my nails. The manager then tells me I will have to pay $15 to fix them if I want to do all the nails. I'm not going to fix 4 fingers and the rest of them don't look the same. I shouldn't have to pay again when they should've been right the first time and shouldn't be peeling from Gel X... The manager says nothing and leaves. No apology. I also witnessed her roll her eyes at another client at the front desk. The tech who is clearly irritated is sighing, huffing and puffing. Twice, she is trying to grab my wrist to pull my arm around and I had to pull my hand away and ask her not to touch me like that and I can move my arm myself where she needs me to have it. My nails thankfully were fixed but the manager is rude and does not care. Management needs to improve on hospitality, customer service, and overall communication. This place has lost my business and I will be telling others to stay clear of this place!

Instead, the finished nails were incredibly thick, uneven, bumpy, and had visible air bubbles. The French tips were inconsistent in shape and width, making the overall look sloppy and outdated rather than clean and refined. My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

i came in for my birthday nails and i showed nancy a picture of the nails i wanted. i was happy when i left the salon but the polish started to separate and my nails were different shades of pink. the picture i showed was a type of ombré design. i went out of my comfort zone and ended up not loving to nails anymore. i realized the nails weren't for me. i had already paid 60$ for nails. i was nervous to go back but i really wanted to LOVE my birthday nails. when i went back i explained why i wasn't happy with them and they fixed them that day. (the polish was separating weirdly and they didn't look right ) so nancy asked me to come back later on in the day so she could take time on them. she explained it was her fault and she wanted her customers to be happy. i wanted to make her feel like i wasn't mad mad i just wanted to be happy with my nails. she added on chrome to my nails and i changed them to a pink french tip and she asked me multiple times if i truly wanted to change my nails because she felt bad about the first ones not looking great. and i assured her i was wanting to change it something different since i was over the bold design i chose originally. i left the salon so HAPPY and i will definitely be back. nancy and the manager working the shift were so nice to me. this goes to show quality of customer care, salons in my experience are not always the nicest when it comes to the situations. they fixed my nails free of charge. now i get to have cute french pink chrome bday nails for my bday pics. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Organic Nails Spa and Lounge today! Before arriving, I called to check availability and spoke with Sarah. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. When I arrived, I was immediately escorted to a pedicure chair with no wait time. Hanna and Emily took care of my manicure and pedicure, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were both meticulous in their work, paid close attention to every detail, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they also introduced me to a new technique for my dip set that I absolutely love. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The staff made me feel valued as a customer, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. My gel manicure started peeling off after just two days, which is definitely not normal. To make things worse, my best friend's entire nails came off within a week after her appointment. When I called to let them know what happened, they were able to schedule me for a fix, which I appreciated. However, during my appointment, the technician seemed visibly upset and unprofessional. She initially denied being the one who did my nails, even though I clearly remembered her. While she did redo my nails, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable. At one point, she even said, "this gel doesn't like water, don't wash your hands," which is unrealistic and not something I've ever been told before. I've been getting gel nails for years, and they usually last 2-3 weeks without any issues. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the quality or the service. I was recommended this nail salon by a friend, and I have been there three times now. Each visit has been fantastic! During my first visit, Helen did my nails. She was meticulous and made sure every detail was perfect. For my second and third visits, I had Kim, who was equally amazing. Both Helen and Kim are incredibly skilled and attentive. What impresses me the most is how long my nails have lasted. Every time, my nails stayed perfect for over five weeks with no chipping or lifting. The quality of their work is truly outstanding. I was extremely rushed and my friend had received a call prior to our appointment saying we needed to come in earlier. They just wanted to close early and rushed both our nails. What is the point in making a reservation if we are being asked to come in earlier and be rushed? Not relaxing at all. Additionally their gel application was extremely messy and blamed it on the nail polish being old. I should not have uneven cuticles and texture on a gel manicure. And for my hands, well I suggest Michelle. Show her a picture and she can duplicate it with precision. Jennifer is always responsive and accommodating to your appointment requests. They have their own private room inside the Salon Select Suites. Lots of parking. Their prices are comparable to a large nail salon without all the noise and distractions. You get the comfort and privacy of a private room. It's very relaxing, serene and their work is impeccable.

Sheila treated me super well by turning on mine and my boyfriend's massage chair while we waiting. She worked very efficiently and gave me a beautiful gel french. It is a very clean salon and decorated nicely. The price was very reasonable (30 for the classic pedicure, 15 for gel, and 5 for the french design). I am definitely coming here again!
