This has been my go-to nail salon for over a year I like that I am always greeted when I walk in. Nancy is my nail tech and she is the sweetest! I only get gel pedicures and I have not had any issues with them. Every worker I interact with is nice and welcoming. It is easy to make appointments over the phone. The chairs have recently been upgraded so that is a nice plus.

I LOVE me a deep clean pedicure. I stopped by as I happened to be in the area. Lily was amazing! She took her time to cut my cuticles and even clipped my side ingrown nails without me having to ask. She offered me from a list of beverages. The location is clean and the environment is peaceful. I would reccomend, and If you're coming in for a pedicure I would ask for Lily!

I will definitely continue being a regular sorry i didn't take the cutest pics! I suck at taking pics. Pictures never do its justice but love my nails every time!

I had such a great experience here! It was my first time having Nancy do my nails (dip powder) and she was extremely attentive to detail and never rushed. She took her time cleaning up my cuticles and made sure everything looked perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her work. Came in for a Halloween set but I wanted them to be a little funky!! And wow did Queen slay- yup that's her name Queen! They lasted a good 3.5 week and mind you this is hard gel on my natural nail! Back today for a fall set! And so excited to see her do her thing!! She understands my vibe and gets that I do not like symmetry !! The salon recently updated their spa chairs as well so my pedicure was amazing as well with Michelle! I don't think anyone here would be a bad choice. But Queen is out of this world talented!! Tysm!!!!

Paid $110 for dip and pedi, far more than I usually pay elsewhere. And the dip is chipping two days later!!!!!!!! The dip lasts from my normal place at least six weeks with absolutely no chipping. But they were closed for the lunar holiday. Never coming back here again. read more

Just moved from chino hills and I was so scared to try a new place because I've been loyal to my old spot for 7 years. I came in Friday around 1pm got a manicure from Mary regular ans she buffed jt for $8 and pedicure with value remover from Kim. Mary and Kim will be my new go to. Both super sweet and did quality work! Their chairs are top knock. There's a tray for arm to be placed on and even a foot adjustment that lifts your feet. The chair was spacious. I loved my service didn't feel like I'm talked about which is always a plus. It's very clean, the tools were sanitized and a bag is placed around the bin. I like that they have a point system too so you get rewards. So glad I came here. No waiting around, they are efficient, the lady at front ensures you're met with care and taken care of. read more

I went into this location, cause it's not too far from my home and they were advertising a promotion outside their business. So I let them know that I was interested in their promotion and it was my first time there. One of the nail techs said that she couldn't honor the promotion outside anymore and that they couldn't take me. Due to the fact that the credit card machine wasn't working and I told her I could pay cash and she still didn't want to take me. And I mentioned to her well if you guys are not doing the promotion, why are you advertising it outside in the window and she didn't answer me. At that point why bother staying when they're already rude and started to speak in their language and had a bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

This place is OK depending on the person you get. The last time I went, the manager was yelling at the girls which made it uncomfortable. This isn't the first time the manager speaks a little rough to the staff, even though I don't understand what they're saying the feeling is there and it's definitely not relaxing as it should be. My manicurist who did my nails was rude and rough and gave me a poor job. My nails looked awful and my pedicure was just OK. I don't believe I'm going back. There are a lot of nail salons to choose from. read more

The salon itself is nice and has a lovely atmosphere. However, I came in for the most affordable pedicure with regular polish, which I was told was $25. I asked for a French tip, and nothing was mentioned about any extra cost. When it was time to pay, I was charged $30 and only then informed that French tips are $5 more. I let the technician know I wasn't told about the upcharge, and that if I had known, I would've just chosen a solid color instead. She said it was her first time and she knows. I understand people make mistakes, but I believe customers should always be informed of extra charges before a service is done. I paid the extra $5 and even left a tip, but I left feeling disappointed. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency, and unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Businesses should prioritize honesty and clear communication. read more

I've never been inspired to write a review for nails, but Organic Nails is truly exceptional. Sarah at the front desk is warm and delightful. Queen is the best nail technician I've ever had. Great service I love my nails and toes ! However I purposely researched the cheapest fill in the la habra and Brea area the website says fill for 30 for short nails...the fill was 44... so I could of gone anywhere else cuss all the fills are 44-50 bucks except at one shop in Fullerton that does good work too it's called Pearl Nails and fills there are 27 dollars I just wanted to try a different shop but I really thought the fill would of been 30 not 44 but I still love my nails and the service just the price was not correct and I spoiled myself and got a 50 dollar pedicure which I love the milk and honey! But I am trying to find a shop where I can go every 2-3 weeks for a fill I won't be able to afford it here so I'll have to find another cheaper spot just for a fill cuss I want to be a regular somewhere with a good price cuss spending 44 every two weeks with a 5 dollar tip will drain the bank account. read more

I really wanted to love this place...everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the hard gel manicure didn't go as I'd hoped. By day 3, the gel started chipping, and I kept trying to make excuses for it (I even blamed myself for doing the dishes!). But by day 4, things looked even worse...see the photo. This was my first time getting hard gel, and I chose it because my sister swears by it. It usually lasts her three weeks at her salon. So I was pretty disappointed that mine barely made it a few days, especially for $55. That said, my pedicure turned out beautifully, and I'm really happy with it--which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. I wish the manicure had held up just as well! read more

I am new to this Nail Salon, but I will be coming back for sure. Nancy & Moon are so good. Very careful with our nails & let me know what they were doing. My husband is really picky but said Nancy was the best. Nancy does my gel mani, she is quick and taking my gel off is easy & quick. Moon did my pedi and always asked if I was ok LOL (my feet get ticklish) I wish I got the receptionist name, but she was really friendly. The girls are so friendly and the store is nice. I have been seeing Queen since 2022 on a monthly, if not, a bi-weekly basis. I love her attention to detail, the way she takes instructions, and remembering all details about you. This review is so long overdue, but she knows I literally trust her 100% with how she does my nails that I can just let her do what she wants. The nail salon is nice and clean when you walk in. You check in for your appointment digitally and everyone is very nice and friendly. You can easily stack up points during your visits and get discounts too. I love this place! read more

I love getting my nails done here at Organic Nails in Brea! Kim is the best has been doing my nails for months now. I am so happy with the care and service I receive every time. The salon is clean, the music is great, and the people are all so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Organic Nails and I will be a life long customer. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I understand that a men's pedicure typically takes less time since there's no nail shaping or polish, but the difference in timing was excessive. We arrived around 5:55 PM, and my husband's pedicure was finished by about 6:20 PM. I did use the restroom before my service, but that took 1.5 minutes? Meanwhile, his entire service--including the sea salt scrub, cuticle care, and callus removal--was completed before my cuticles had even been touched. My pedicure wasn't finished until just before 7:00 PM. It felt like the services weren't paced well, especially considering we came in together to celebrate a special occasion. I don't mind if one service takes a little longer than the other since I clearly had polish but a 40 minute difference for the same package felt unreasonable for the price we paid. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers who come in together. Before I get into the negative, I have to give my pedicurist 5/5 stars. She was amazing--she took her time, paid attention to every detail, and really took great care of my feet. I absolutely loved the service she provided. Even though I wasn't happy with my husband's service, I still tipped his technician $10 because I know how hard those in the nail industry work. Our total came to $125, and after tips we paid $150. I'm a licensed manicurist myself, so I understand how services should be performed and timed. I know men's pedicures generally take less time, but my husband's technician rushed through his service. She could have spent more time making sure the pedicure matched the quality and value of the package we paid for. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price, especially since we chose the highest-tier pedicure to celebrate my husband's birthday. The quality of my service was excellent, but the inconsistency between our experiences was disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to provide the same level of care to every client. I had specifically scheduled my new set with Amy when I made the appointment four days in advance. However, when we got there, it became clear that she had been double-booked, and there was confusion from the very beginning about who was supposed to do my nails. For a service that was booked several days ahead of time, I expected things to be much more organized. I made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures at 5:30 PM. When we arrived, they had us sit at the pedicure stations and started on our nails. My sister was able to get her pedicure while her nails were being done, but I was told to wait for another pedicure technician to finish with a client. What was especially frustrating was that the front desk employee knew we had appointments for two pedicures. When a pedicure technician became available, instead of taking me as scheduled, she assigned that technician to a customer who had just walked in. Even though I had an appointment and had already been waiting, I was passed over and forced to wait even longer. By the time I finally got my pedicure, my nails were already finished. The same technician who did my nails then rushed through my pedicure, and it felt like it was completed in about five minutes. It definitely was not worth the price or the wait. Speaking of price, I was also shocked by how much more expensive everything was compared to what was advertised online. I was charged $75 for builder gel alone, which I found excessive and much higher than I expected based on the salon's advertised pricing. The lack of transparency about pricing made the experience even more frustrating. I don't understand the point of making an appointment days in advance if the technician is double-booked and walk-in customers are prioritized over scheduled appointments. The lack of organization, poor customer service, rushed work, and unexpected pricing completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday outing for my sister. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. Based on this experience and the owner's response, I no longer have confidence in the integrity or management of this business.

Instead, the finished nails were incredibly thick, uneven, bumpy, and had visible air bubbles. The French tips were inconsistent in shape and width, making the overall look sloppy and outdated rather than clean and refined. My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

I had a wonderful experience at Organic Nails Spa and Lounge today! Before arriving, I called to check availability and spoke with Sarah. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. When I arrived, I was immediately escorted to a pedicure chair with no wait time. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. My gel manicure started peeling off after just two days, which is definitely not normal. To make things worse, my best friend's entire nails came off within a week after her appointment. When I called to let them know what happened, they were able to schedule me for a fix, which I appreciated. However, during my appointment, the technician seemed visibly upset and unprofessional. She initially denied being the one who did my nails, even though I clearly remembered her. While she did redo my nails, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable. At one point, she even said, "this gel doesn't like water, don't wash your hands," which is unrealistic and not something I've ever been told before. I've been getting gel nails for years, and they usually last 2-3 weeks without any issues. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the quality or the service. I was extremely rushed and my friend had received a call prior to our appointment saying we needed to come in earlier. They just wanted to close early and rushed both our nails. What is the point in making a reservation if we are being asked to come in earlier and be rushed? Not relaxing at all. So I've been going to this location for 12 years and it has changed ownership a few times. I continue to go because most of the employees remain. The best pedicure I've ever had was with Diane. And for my hands, well I suggest Michelle. Show her a picture and she can duplicate it with precision. Instead, the finished nails were incredibly thick, uneven, bumpy, and had visible air bubbles. The French tips were inconsistent in shape and width, making the overall look sloppy and outdated rather than clean and refined. My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

She carefully assessed my skin and recognized that I have combination skin, so she customized the treatment using different handmade, organic masks for each area.
