Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. For the price I think they should be a bit more meticulous with designs or at least say they can't do them upfront. Paid over $160 not including tip for mani pedi (I'm not sure if this is good, I rarely go to nail salons) after a week my nails are already chipping and they are very bubbly. Overall the salon was very clean and did not smell like anything which I love because most places reek of perfume. The manicure was FANTASTIC, my toes still look good and they moisturized my very dry feet and they still feel smooth after almost 2 weeks. read more

Owner was really friendly and informative on the phone, and welcomed us with no issue. If you want to do a walk-in, I would consider calling ahead, as this establishment stayed busy, which is a good thing. Gel Pedicure- Affordable, service wasn't rushed, nail tech took her time, owner was very helpful, attentive, and informative helping my daughter color match her base color. She made me feel as if we had been friends for years. Jojo, the nail technician is the person I want to emphasize on. I will not begin gushing about Jojo's professional, patience and knowledge. We've all been to those nail places where you get seated and asked what you want done. Jojo sat me down and asked to see my hands ...Tbh, she listened to my request and executed this full gel nail set perfectly. She made sure my nails looked impeccable. My attention was drawn to All the nail technicians who had their own nails done beautifully . You can see their skills and love for their work. I only give a low rating if the service is not as I expected. My Pedi tech is good. I had the same tech when I came here last time. The Mani tech that I had... well, let's just say I'm not satisfied at all for her service. She cut me and pushed my skin on the sides. I did move my hand by pulling it back and she pressed my middle finger that she cut with pressure to maybe stop the pain. Then the price was outrageous. I paid $255 for a 2 mani's and pedi's. But before I only paid under $175 for 2 mani's and pedi's. The lady didn't give me no invoice of what she had charge me of. I come here when my regular girl is not available or I need something done super last minute. One of my nails broke off yesterday and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I've come here three times and the first two times were fine, but I'm not too happy about how my nails turned out today. They just look a little off. It looks like she put too much gel on top so it looks like my nails are curved down on some of them. Also, the file job at the corners of my nails weren't great. I did have to file them when I got home but nothing will take that curve away. I am giving them a three out of five just because Wendy, I believe she's the owner, is super friendly and nice. My nails are super healthy and I'm always able to grow them out so long even though I get my nails done like once a month here sometimes I push it out a month in a half if I'm super busy! Wendy who mans the front usually is phenomenal and always tries to be accommodating when it comes to scheduling! They also do walk-ins but depending on what day and time you come in there might be a wait. I feel like the pricing is fair! I usually get designs on my nails and I use my actual nails. I also always get my feet and hands both done and it comes out to $120-$200 not including tip for both feet and hands, depending on what I ask for! Everyone is really thorough though, so expect to spend a decent amount of time here when you get your nails done. Also, the prices are also reasonable for the quality ($74 for Gel-X set, $25 for a regular pedicure, and $15 for removal). They were available for walk-in which was great, but it seems that their business practices are a bit shady. I came in with a photo of the design I wanted, and expected it to be no more than $80 because I was going to do it on my natural nail (no extensions). They quoted me $135. I politely declined and got up to leave, but they started haggling prices with me. They asked if I can do $120, and I told them I was planning on spending $80 max. Over the next few minutes, they went down to $115, $110, and after I left, they called me asking if I was willing to do $85. That's $40 less than what they originally quoted me.... $50 pedicure breakdown - 25 classic pedicure - 15 gel polish (they advertise $10-15 so im assuming one color vs. special gel like cat eye or different colors would be $15.. no idea why i was charged 15 for solid color) - 5 per toenail extension (i got two but missing 1 already 5 hours after service) I did a quick walk in as I plan to go on a trip and a middle aged lady was my nail tech. I called ahead to let them know I was hoping to have two broken toenails fixed and they said they could easily do extensions. After a simple foot soak, it became apparent to me that my nail tech was not knowledgeable at all. - she attempted to cure the nail glue (the superglue smelling one and not the ones in the gel bottle) and i watched her for 3 minutes without chiming in - my feet were dried with a towel and no nail bed filing / buffing was done prior to gel application so im pretty prepared to have all the gel pop off within this week - i asked her to file my toe nails as I had ripped off the remaining gel from my last pedi (from somewhere else) to which she responded "no, it will make your toenail too thin" as a result, my nails were not filed at all (just shaped with a hand file) - the audacity to charge 5 per nail extension, and to not file the plastic extensions to ensure proper gel adherence ? as a result, i have very lumpy nail polish, very uneven coats, and one missing extension. this place is a joke and i will never be coming back read more

Came here on a Friday for a 1:30 PM appointment and was seated around 1:35. I had requested Jane as my nail tech as my friend recommended her attention to detail and nail design work. This was my first time getting gel x, but the price ($59 for a full set) felt pretty fair given what I had seen at other salons. Jane was super gentle and patient as she prepped my nails, applied the extensions, waited for me to select a color, and added the design. There was one nail that appeared slightly crooked from my perspective, but she did her best to shape it and make it more even which I appreciated. She later shared that from her side it looked straight so I think it just depends on the angle. Areas for improvement: - With previously manicures I feel like there is slightly more extensive cuticle care, so I wish that mine had been pushed/trimmed a bit more. Not sure if gelx manicures maybe just don't have as much cuticle care work since the nail is applied on top of the natural nail? Not sure. - I've been pretty careful since getting my nails done, but the edge near the cuticle on my ring finger nail started lifting after a week and a half... when I google how long gelx typically lasts, people mentioned 2-3 weeks so I was a bit disappointed that it lifted so early. - I opted for a regular french pedicure and the nail tech that did my toes made the white tips a bit too curved on the edges for my liking... thankfully she was willing to fix, but overall it wasn't the cleanest pedicure I've received. Also, unfortunately, the paint on my big toe nail started chipping the day after I got them done. If you have strong natural nails and are looking for gel polish w/ a design, I'd definitely recommend Jane.
