However, instead of receiving a callback from Ehrlich, I was contacted by another company, PestTech Pest Control. It appears my inquiry was mistakenly routed to the wrong business. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I was unable to speak directly with a representative from Ehrlich, and the fact that my request was misdirected has raised concerns about the level of service I can expect.
