After we discovered a squirrel had made its way into our attic through two different spots in the roof. I began searching for help and found All Seasons Wildlife Removal. Lloyd, the owner, was out at our home within a day or two of my first call. Lloyd is an absolute professional. Extremely polite, easy to talk to, and kept my wife and me informed throughout the entire process. He set up traps at both entry points and caught the intruder, but what really impressed me was the repair work. He went above and beyond and didn't just "trap it and leave," he even went to Lowe's to get supplies needed to fix the damage on both sides of the roof for good. He replaced about 8-10 feet of soffit on one side and added flashing to the other to seal everything up properly. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of labor and materials involved. If you want the job done right by someone who clearly cares about his business and his customers, stop searching and call Lloyd!

Upon inspection we found that the technician left parts of the nest up and did not thoroughly clean off the area. He stated that he didn't want to clear the nest completely because it was near a flood light & suggested that we have it power washed. Full removal would not have been any risk to him based on the location of the nest,; he just chose not to do his job thoroughly. We decided not to argue with him & take accountability for the fact that we went with the first company we found on Google. Big mistake. Next time we will take our time & search. In the end we paid him the $250 but we will never use them again. Beware!
