(They are located in the SAME unit as Honolulu Neuroscience Clinic which can be seen from Ala Moana Blvd side) I have only had one facial done before in Japan. The esthetician walked out of the room while my mask was drying which was about 10-15 min. Not sure if that is typical protocol, but Beata uses that time to give you an amazing shoulders, arms, and hands massage. She is sensitive to your needs and pain tolerance as I can't handle extractions well. She still managed to lightly extract with a different tool and in the end my face was glowing. Recent months I had been overworked and felt I needed some pampering. I often work over in Hilo on the Big Island and haven't found any spa using only organic products. As I came over to Honolulu I have been extremely happy to know that this spa offered all organic products for all the facials. I am very cautious with what I eat and select only organic produce if I can, so I would obviously do the same for my body if there was a choice. Everything we put on our body and face is absorbed into our system so to use organic face and body products makes total sense. Dominica was very professional, examining carefully the needs of my skin and treated my face with care and a gentle touch. I felt very well looked after and decided to make monthly visits. Making appointments was also seamless and I was sent reminders and follow up by text which was a super nice addition. Payments via online or app too was a huge plus as i really dislike carrying cash or checks (even cards) and avoid it if i can. They definitely have me as a regular customer from now. This is hands down the best place I've been to for a Brazilian wax. Dominika is wonderful, she truly makes the entire experience as pleasant as it can be. All waxes are painful, but hers is by far the least painful one I've gotten - I think it's the combo of her technique, the wax she uses, and the calm atmosphere she creates. I typically only get one wax a year due to how painful they are, but with her I've been going back every few weeks (bc that's how manageable the pain is with her waxes)!! Dominika was so knowledgeable and got all my questions/concerns address on point. I'm very sensitive with strong sense, but all the organic facial products that Dominika used on me smell so yummy, refreshing and not bother me at all. OMG!! I Have found my new favorite facial place!! Dominika took care of me and omg she was so nice!! She analyzed my skin and decided that the acne facial would be most beneficial for me. Throughout the whole facial, she told me what she was going to do before she did it. I felt soooo relaxed the entire time and could've fallen asleep. Everything she put on my face smelt soo good and my skin is glowing!! The extractions she did barely hurt which is so unheard of and my face is not red. This place is awesome! This is my third time here and so far this place is my number one on the island. Staffs are super friendly and very professional. I am the person who have problem with ingrown hair. I always made sure I scrub or exfoliate before I get wax but there still some there. I normally don't get facials that often but I felt it was time. I surf a lot and use a lot of crazy sunblocks so my skin gets pretty clogged. I also was feeling a bit like treating myself since Ive been undergoing a lot of stress lately. I didn't really know what to expect, but was super easy to make the appointment. They got back to me right away and were open much later than I expected so I could go after work. The room they took me into was nicely decorated. It was a good balance of being functional yet still aesthetically pleasing. My aesthetician was great! The facial and massage was so relaxing I fell asleep!! I got the facial on Friday early evening and was relaxed for the rest of the weekend. Usually I feel like my skin gets worse after I get a facial which is why I stopped getting them, but my skin looked fine. She told me some tips about how to take care of my skin based on my particular problems and seemed very knowledgeable. Went to Organic Spa on Friday night after work. The first plus is that they had late hours to accommodate my schedule. Easy to find and ample parking. The decor, including the light scent and relaxing sounds, was extremely soothing and got me in the mood to totally unwind ... Forget about everything else and just be present in the moment to enjoy my pampering. I was worried about my sensitive skin, but Dominika assured me that the all-natural ingredients would be fine. Sure enough, I didn't have the redness and itchiness that I normally endure after putting products on my face. The procedure was heavenly. :) I got the mini facial, since it was my first time there, but next time I will treat myself to a full facial.
