However, she was very rude and condescending when there was a misunderstanding about what was being sold in the estate sale and what we were keeping. It's important for Tammie to understand moving is a stressful time for everyone and causing a scene isn't a great way to impress clients. She specifically asked my parents to leave and then became upset when she had to call them with questions. After the estate sale and Tammie's team cleaning the house, the realtor had them come back because they had done a poor job. As "project manager", this is something Tammie should have ensured was done satisfactorily to begin with. Overall disappointing experience.

I had very high expectations. The man who did the installation was new and absolutely lovely;…read morebecause he was not experienced it took him a great deal longer than they promised in so I missed my appointment to have another renovation done in my home. California Closets decided to give me a discount on my other project because of this. Everything seemed reasonable until a part of the project that was ordered was not installed properly. When I called and asked them to fix it whoever does the installation most frequently was extraordinarily rude to me. Then the young designer that was very nice when she was selling said that as a repercussion for asking them to fix their mistake not only would they not fix it but I would be "banned" from an additional project that I have been waiting many months while the "Designer" had me waiting months and months. On Facebook the company said to call him I'll make it right but every time I call the regional manager I do not get a call back. It's a lifetime warranty and there are things that need to be repaired but the original mistake still have not been rectified. Getting a discount because they got it wrong was not what was agreed to. I'm extremely disappointed and when I see ads I am consumed with disgust how they lied about their business. This seems to happen frequently in Bend where these companies think the Word won't get out ;perhaps I was too nice to them but it's been so long and I'm still aggravated and so here is my review
