    Over whelmed, frozen, not sure where or how to start? Amy was my answer! I've never been good at keeping up at home, being a single Mom & always working 3 to 4 jobs... Well, then came 2020, losing both parents & accumulating even more stuff. Amy helped me sort through, donate, & organize 3 & 1/2 rooms in only 4 visits! It looks, feels & is so much easier to maneuver around. Here is just the kitchen pic's. I can now have visitor's again. I am going to continue the process with what Amy has taught me. Thank You!!!

    Amy was so great to work with! My mom purchased Amy's services as a birthday gift to me. As a naturally messy person with a toddler at home, my house was starting to get out of control with junk piles and hiding the mess by just stacking it in corners or our spare bedroom or garage whenever anyone came by and it was becoming more and more overwhelming to consider cleaning it up. Amy was incredibly helpful with both physically helping me tackle the spaces, (like seriously getting into gross dusty spaces occupied by silverfish and keeping such a positive, non-judgmental attitude) as well as giving me tips and strategies to manage my household going forward. I really loved that her advice was realistic and manageable (as opposed to every Pinterest organizing article I've ever read that looks cute but can't be kept up). Her personality is also easy and friendly, keeping you on-task but engaged, which made it surprisingly enjoyable to clean out my most anxiety provoking spaces in my house. She helped me say goodbye to objects I was keeping around but no longer needed, but without any judgement or pressure, just kinda asking open-ended questions and letting me come to my own conclusions. I forgot to take before-after pictures of my garage and entryway/storage closet, but I was shocked how much work we were able to get done in each 4 hour session. Currently writing this review from my newly functional office space! Thanks Amy!

    Amy came to my place today & we got my pantry & garage looking great! She kept me focused on the job at hand. In 4 hrs my pantry & garage went from yuck to beautiful! She gave me practical advise to get the other areas in my house up to par too. I highly recommend calling Amy if you just can't get started & need a little nudge.

My initial cleaner that was referred to me no-showed. I was very upset since this was scheduled a week prior, and I came down from Orange County. She doesn't have a Yelp page or I would be telling people to stay away So now I'm in a huge pickle because the new Tenant was moving in on a Sunday, it's a holiday weekend, and it's super short notice. I sent out requests through Yelp, and got a ton of businesses messaging me. First thing that was super frustrating was my message to all these vendors was I needed this service on a Sunday early morning before my Tenant moves in. And literally every single company either did not read the messages or disregarded it, except WHB Cleaning. I believe I was talking to the Owner via Yelp chat, but unfortunately don't recall her name at the moment. She was empathetic to my situation and patient. She got me setup with a cleaning appointment early Sunday morning! The cleaner was punctual and very nice. She confirmed what I was looking for and in my opinion, went above and beyond in what was expected. Pricing wise, I felt was REALLY GOOD compared to what I normally pay cleaners up here in Orange County. I'd definitely hire them again when the Tenant eventually moves out.

We specifically called her before signing the contract to confirm that the quoted price was the absolute final, and she confirmed it was. The very next day, we were told we had to pay an additional few hundred $ as she had forgotten to include something in the quote. When we pointed out that we had explicitly confirmed the final price, there was no accountability, and we were forced to remove part of the project to stay within budget. This was extremely disappointing. After signing, her responsiveness declined noticeably. It was a clear shift from the pre-sale experience. During installation, the craftsmanship itself was good -- the team was efficient, professional, and the final product looks great. Unfortunately, the process was plagued by communication breakdowns. Despite clearly asking that contractors provide arrival times and receive entry instructions, this did not happen. I was away when they arrived, had to rush back, and they didn't have any of the entry information I had ensured they should be given, leading to multiple calls throughout the day. Later, I even received a confusing call about demolition days after installation had already started. When you're spending tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a seamless, well-coordinated experience -- not constant follow-ups and confusion. Overall: Quality of Work: Process & Communication: Beautiful end result, but the communication and project management fell far short of expectations.

Rachel is incredibly kind, friendly, and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. She made my home look spotless -- every surface gleamed, everything smelled fresh, and her attention to detail in the main cleaning work was fantastic. It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. With a little more consistency on the smaller finishing touches and more clarity in pricing, her service would be perfect. Which was such a breath of fresh air in this very active real estate market. Being a Realtor. I know all companies that are associated with real estate are experiencing lots of volume so that was very quick considering the market. To be honest I was in such need of moving this project forward. What a wonderful blessing we got started right away! I had moved into a new home and with the exception of a desk/chair and a bed. I only brought items that fit in a box. Or went in the closet. I initially contacted Blythe so I can get a design to get some furniture etc. but I had boxes all around the parameter of my home and couldn't get to the design until we went through all the boxes and had everything organized and put away. Over the years we can accumulate so many items that are so precious. IE: just to name one category. I had been saving a variety of keep sake items from over the years that were also in cardboard boxes and felt stuck not knowing what to do with them. I didn't know where to start. When Kate arrived she rolled up her sleeves and got to work. We opened every box and went through absolutely everything. She made what looked so overwhelming a breeze. She was able to help me discern what to keep and what to purge. I had a hard time parting ways with items I hadn't used in I can't even remember the last time I had used them. I even had kept boxes from vacuums and other appliances that she kindly pointed out were taking up space that we could use to organize other items in. Apparently, I needed the permission to get rid of it. Which when I did get rid of them. It felt freeing! We sorted through all sorts of items. Anywhere, from a variety of keep sakes (my daughter trophy's, various photos, bday and holiday cards I had collected over the years), office supplies, to electronics (she helped me discern what to keep - and what to recycle - phew - so nice to know you can recycle electronics), kitchen cabinets, cleaning supplies, cleaning appliances in a closet, to paperwork that needed to be shredded and had piled up over time (which I got done), misc. bathroom items, linen closet to labeling. By the time we were done it was after 6pm and we had lot of empty cardboard boxes to recycle. Even though she had been here for 4 hours on a intense and detailed job.... with a mask on... On a hot day. She wanted to ensure she didn't leave any task for that day not completed. She offered to help me break down and take out every last box (I live on the 3rd floor) which we did. Then we scheduled an appt. for the next day so we could get some containers etc. to efficiently organize the items. Bye bye cardboard boxes. What started off as a 3 hour process. Ended up being a 9 hour job over a span of 3 days. I'm so grateful Kate was available 3 days in a row to keep the flow of the process going. I can go on and on. When you don't know where to start it's sure great to have someone who is a professional organizer help you. Kate is experienced, professional, amazing, friendly, funny, jovial and someone you will feel comfortable having in your home.
