    I hired WHB for my move out cleaning and couldn't be happier! They have really great communication and reply quick to all your needs. Kaela was the cleaner that came to my place and she did a great job. Throughout the service, they would also keep in touch with you through text in case you needed to express any concerns to the cleaner. At the time I booked the service, they had 20% off and also a free bonus add on and I choose a free fridge cleaning. Overall, the price I paid was way cheaper than other places I had got estimates from!

    Would not recommend. Booking was a struggle, I reached out to see if I could get a same day cleaning (I had scheduled a cleaning through another company and the cleaner canceled 15 min before she was supposed to arrive so I was hoping to get someone out same day.) they told me they had someone available at 2pm, then it changed to 3pm, then 2:30, then 2:45. My cleaner arrived at 3 and told me she could only stay until 5pm and another cleaner would be coming to finish what she couldn't. She told me she didn't understand why they split it between two cleaners and not just given the full clean to the second cleaner (none of this is her fault, I don't get it either). She did a great job and was extremely fast. She got the whole upstairs done in two hours. She left at 5 and said the next cleaner should be on her way. At 5:30pm I texted the line and asked if anyone else was coming and told them what the cleaner told me about a second cleaner. They said they would check with the first cleaner and then said an emergency came up for the second cleaner but they would make it up to me by scheduling a "touch up" to finish the downstairs the next day and said I could pick any time. I chose 10am. The next day at 9:15 I got a text saying my cleaner would arrive at 9:30. At 10:30 no one had arrived or tried to contact me so I reached out worried something happened or they got lost. They had no info. At 11 my cleaner arrived. Again, did a good job, none of this is the cleaners fault. This whole time no payment method had been taken and I was not contacted about it. The following week I got a text for the full invoice which asked me to pay promptly so they could pay their cleaners. I asked for a discount because I spent so much time communicating, waiting around, and I was never reached out to with information until they wanted payment. This company is unprofessional. Hiring a cleaning service was supposed to give me time back and allow me to take care of my family but with all the time I waited around, I could have done the clean myself. Would not use again or recommend

We even cleared the entire space beforehand to help expedite their process and reduce costs. However, we were shocked to be charged over $6,400--nearly $2,000 more than agreed. We understand it's not always going to 100% reflect the quote, but there was no prior notice or written approval of extra charges. When we questioned the overage, they claimed they gave us "their most generous discount to date," which was misleading and unacceptable. We disputed the charge with American Express, but were told the final bill they gave us after the work counted as "written notice," despite no prior communication about the increase. This is unfair and contradicts their own contract terms. After consulting with an attorney, we were advised the company is in breach of contract. If they do not refund the overage and honor the original quote, we are fully prepared to take legal action. This review is a final effort to resolve the matter before going to court. Future clients, proceed with caution--get everything in writing.

I've always leaned toward the messy, unorganized side of things in all parts of my life. I even used to joke that I had hoarding tendencies. During the pandemic, I moved into full-on hoarder mode. I had so many things piled up in my house that I couldn't get around easily. Amazon boxes were everywhere! And I hated being home. In June 2022, I decided I had had enough and interviewed three different professional organizers. As soon as Amy and I spoke on the phone, I knew we were fated for each other! She made me feel so comfortable even on the phone and I believed that she could help me overcome a lifetime of keeping things! Amy and I have been working together regularly since then (with breaks during my busy tax times). Together, we've tackled the kitchen, the bedroom, my home office, the living room, my extra bedroom (which has now become my "she shack!"), the garage, and the exterior storage cabinets. Once we emptied the garage, I then emptied the off-site storage (10'x20') back into my garage. Today, JunkMD hauled away the last of the mess and my car can finally live in my garage after 17 years!!
